A charming stone building is illuminated by a warm street lamp, highlighting its historical architecture. Blue windows and a front door add contrast to the natural stone façade. A small set of steps leads to the entrance, flanked by potted plants.

El Angel del Camino Cottage

We have been to several Airbnb's now, but this one really stands out as far as we are concerned. What a nicely decorated and comfortable house. Underfloor heating, a small patio and a very spacious and luxurious bedroom. The village is small but because it is located on the Camino there are some restaurants. Carlos and Dainora are friendly and attentive hosts. In short: recommended!
A historical stone structure is seen with crumbling walls and a circular tower. The natural landscape surrounds the ruins, with greenery and a lake in the background. A cloudy sky adds depth to the scene, providing a sense of the area's rich history.

Casa Pernila

Delightful, cosy house in a peaceful village with easy access to the many natural and historical sites in the area. It was the first time in the region for me and I really enjoyed it. This is and old house, restored in a way that makes it comfortable but retains its charm. It has a wood pellet fire and I have never used one before but it was quite intuitive. And it was lovely to have the fire in the cold evenings and mornings. Great place, great hostess, would definitely stay again.
An outdoor patio area features a rustic wooden table surrounded by chairs, offering views of the stone façade of the house. Sunlight illuminates the grassy garden and nearby trees, while a wooden barrel adds a charming touch to the space.

La Fontica Casa Rural Restaurada del s. XVIII

NataliaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The accommodation was better than expected from the photos. There were 6 rooms, each with its own bathroom, which was expected to be fantastic. As a downside, since there are many of us (there were 12 of us), you can't sit together around the fireplace because there is only a 3-seater sofa and chairs. A few puffs or something would have been nice, but it was still worth it.
A wooden cabin called Barreiro is positioned within a natural setting, surrounded by trees. The cabin features a front porch with wooden railings and steps leading to the entrance. Large windows provide ample light, offering a connection to the outdoors.

A very special and place. Everything has been thought of and a unique, historically beautiful village to stay in. The house and the garden very comfortable. Contact with André super, very helpful and fast. Slept well and all the details have been thought of. You won't be short of anything.
A covered terrace features a rustic charm with natural stone walls and wooden beams. Two wicker chairs sit beside a small table, surrounded by hanging plants. Light filters in through wooden window frames, creating a tranquil space for relaxation in nature.

Carlos' Farm

Maritere and Celia are great hosts: earrings, discreet and friendly. They make you feel at home from the start. The house and garden are wonderful, as shown in the pictures. Everything is impeccable, both in cleanliness and in order and perfectly combine functionality and tradition in decoration, furniture and utensils. The house houses a small but beautiful sample of traditional pottery from the surrounding area that I loved (and without a speck of dust; I don't say more). There is everything you need for short or long stays and they have the detail to leave breakfast for a couple of days and gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The beds, pillows and new bedding and supercomods. Also there is no noise, so it rests phenomenal. The garden and balcony very manicured and full of life. A perfect place to know Sanabria and surroundings, Sierra de la Culebra, Norte de Portugal or Los Valles any time of the year.

A pedestrian street in the historic center of Benavente is depicted, lined with charming buildings featuring varied architectural details. Shopfronts adorned with colorful signs create a vibrant atmosphere, while the absence of vehicles emphasizes the tranquility of the area. A lone figure walks down the street.

We stayed a few days, and we were very comfortable, because the house is spacious, everything is very clean, it has a terrace where you want to sit to relax and have a drink and the parking is very close. Everything was great, we'll be back!! ;)
