Vacation rentals with a fire pit in San Juan

We had such a wonderful stay here. We have 4 kids so there was plenty of room for everyone and they took advantage of playing in the backyard. Renting a car is a must if you want to explore, there is only 2 restaurants and 2 beaches within walking distance. We planned on staying in the house a lot so it was perfect for us, we truly enjoyed the house and could not beat the view.

The pictures don’t do the place justice! My friend and I were very comfortable in the space. The neighborhood is quiet and close to different stores and pharmacies. Jeffrey’s place has many amenities and was very clean. Definitely will be back!

This place has amazing views!! The rooftop was our favorite spot while having morning coffee. We reserved the entire house for 4 families totaling 13 people. There was more than enough space for our group. House was super clean upon arrival along with the pool and hot tub. Restaurants, bars, bioluminescent kayaking is all in walking distance if you don’t mind a 10 minute walk and having to walk up a hill as terrain is very hilly around the neighborhood. Lawrence was quick to handle a couple issues we had during our visit. If we get back to Puerto Rico we will definitely be staying here again!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Staying with Joel was a pleasure. The location was perfect, very accommodating and provided great local tips. The house was fabulous for our group. Big and clean. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. Joel was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended. We’d love to stay here again!

This is a beautiful home located in the heart of Old San Juan. We savored our time in this exquisitely renovated row house. The outdoor area is almost as lovely as the house. The pool is small but nice for cooling off and relaxing. The front balcony is off limits. Walk to shops, restaurants, etc.

Was an excellent place, very confortable and very good service.

We love staying in the Loiza area because of its proximity to the beaches as well as Piñones’ local restaurants and Carolina’s shopping malls. Host was very responsive and welcomed us with open arms even though we arrived in the early morning light. Apartment was as described-air conditioning in every room but the cross ventilation in the living room was great that we barely used that unit. The place was clean and fully stocked.

Wonderful space for 3+ guests and massive rooftop deck with multiple tables. Proximity to lists of local highlights in the heart of old SJ. Highly recommend!

I was very satisfied with my selection of this Airbnb. Camila was very proactive with answering questions and also sent a helpful list of popular restaurant choices throughout the island. I didn’t utilize them but thank you for the four complementary beach towels. I didn’t utilize the kitchen or living room but it was nice to see all of the essentials you may need. The beds were super comfortable. Didn’t utilize them but thank you for the complementary makeup wipes, shampoo and conditioner. Thanks for the extra trash bags and toilet paper. The instructions to get inside the two security gates and door were simple. The two flights of outdoor stairs were a bit steep so be careful carrying your luggage up and down.

Muy limpio, se siente como en casa. Tiene muchas amenidades para que uses durante tu estancia, muy buena localización.

Can't say enough. By far the nicest host we have experience in Puerto Rico. Will be staying here again in the future.

Kiley is an excellent host. She has truly thought of everything you could need or want at an airbnb. Her communication is excellent. My husband and I had a rough start to our trip at another airbnb, and Kiley did what she could to make our stay more relaxed and comfortable. Her guidebook is so helpful! Her place is spotless and honestly smells so peaches. everything was impeccably clean and in pristine condition. She put a lot of time and effort into dedicated this airbnb to her beloved pup, Peaches, and it shows. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely LOVE this property! I would definitely rent again, honestly the pictures do not serve justice to this beautiful property, it is so breathtaking in person. Very peaceful and private, great for a couples getaway! Also very clean and nicely decorated, amazing host! You have to book, you will not be disappointed!

This was a dream come true. The place is magical, great escape from the noise walked to the cabin we were looking for. Nearby markets if you need to, but if you bring your food this house has it all you'll not need to go out and won't want to leave.

I highly recommend this stay if you are looking to be surrounded by the sound and feel of nature! It is private and in perfect location to all the main attractions and beaches! Amazing food nearby and a very friendly community! The host was very responsive and helpful, they made us feel very welcomed. The property is exactly as described but I promise it will still take your breath away! We loved the view and the pool! We Spent many hours swinging in the hammock! Una joya escondida! Esta cabaña rústica en medio del campo pero a la vez cerca de todo fue el escape perfecto. Rodeada de naturaleza y una paz increíble. Mi estadía en esta cabaña fue maravillosa! Espero volver pronto!

Eunice's home was the perfect, relaxing basecamp for our time in Puerto Rico. 35 minutes to San Juan, 30 minutes to Piñones & Luquillo, 45 to El Yunque. The last 10 minutes of the drive are up a countryside, we recommend reserving at least a small SUV; our Hyundai Elantra was not a fan of some of the bumps/getting in the driveway. However, the space and amenities 100% make that drive worth it. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the small, indoor kitchen was just enough. Not to mention we had an intense pickleball tournament and game of horse on the courts on the property! Absolutely recommend!

What a gem! We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. We had to adjust travel plans and booked this last minute. The home was ready (early!) and Eunice was very helpful. The place is charming, relaxing and the has most beautiful views. Only about 25 min from San Juan with some tricky mountain roads at times, but absolutely worth the drive! Eunice was an excellent host with great communication. We loved our experience & hope to return soon.

I had a fantastic stay at Marilyn's Airbnb in Gurabo, Puerto Rico! The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking, and the ambiance is serene and welcoming. Marilyn and her husband Johnny were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. I can't wait to come back and visit again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unforgettable Weekend Getaway! This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! The heated pool was the highlight—we spent so much time enjoying it. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfy with plenty of covers and sleeping essentials. We loved making a campfire for s’mores, and the fact that the river was just a 3-minute walk away was a huge plus. The surroundings were breathtaking, and we were within walking distance of a fantastic restaurant. Everything in the house was pristine, and the terrace was incredible—huge TV, tons of seating, and a table big enough for 12+ people! This place truly made for an unforgettable weekend with my family. Highly recommend!
