Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in San Juan

We were beyond pleased with Jose’s communication and help. The apartment was perfect for our family and the large front porch was a favorite hangout morning and night. The proximity to the beach was delightful. We will definitely be back!

Habacuc was very responsive about the whole process, even when we were there. We had a couple of questions and he answered them in a very timely manner and filled the air in the balls as requested. We felt the description and pictures of the place and the resort were very accurate. I even thought the space was nicer than depicted in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we never needed anything major for general cooking and cleaning.

everything great but the uber do not arrive and the taxis do not pass through the area unless I agree that they bring someone in a way that I think without being a bad criticism but constructive would be an aspect to improve

We loved our stay! It all started with clear instructions and local tips! The appartment was clean, had everything we needed. The house is located right by the beach. In front of the house there is a surfing area and it is just a few steps to a calmer part of the beach where you can swim and chill in piece. There are always some free spots for parking in front of the house. Very good restaurants im walking distance. Summary: highly recommended!!!

Great place. The location is perfect, right next to the beach. Some good places to eat in a walkable distance. Very clean, we felt safe with our baby exploring the place. All beach amenities provided

The place was great. There was lots of things in the area, all types of little activities were nearby. Plus the security made the place feel so safe, tons of cameras. The place was very clean and also quiet. Honesty, next time I go I hope I can stay there again.

Excellent stay. Spacious and well laid out. Love the coastal vibes throughout the condo. I recommend this Airbnb when looking for a place in the Carolina area. We celebrated my son’s birthday during this trip (2nd birthday) and he truly enjoyed the stay as well.

I can’t say enough about our stay and how incredible Noemi was as a host! Her property exceeded our expectations and was stunning. We will for sure be back. I would recommend Neomi’s place to everyone. The house was very clean, the air conditioners worked perfectly, the pool and property was so peaceful and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Noemi provided excellent recommendations for places to eat, places to shop, and fun things to do and see on the island. If I could rate Noemi’s property a 6, I totally would 😎 book it! You won’t regret it!

This is my 2nd time staying here and it was exceptional..Minex went out of her to have a birthday cake at the house so we could surprise my significant other(thanks) .. the place has everything you need for the beach .. a nice size pool and grill in the back .. secured parking . and minutes away from Seven Seas Beach it's just perfect.. see you next year Minex

Gorgeous location with spectacular views.

What an amazing spot! We had 4 couples staying for a wedding at the nearby Hotel El Convento. The location truly could not have been better. We were walkable to everything we wanted to do in Viejo San Juan and near many shops and restaurants. The street itself is charming and quieter than many other streets in the area. This home worked perfectly for the 8 of us but may not be as comfortable for large groups without couples or with folks uncomfortable sharing smaller rooms. The rooms all had AC units, but the central living area did not (it was never uncomfortably hot). Note that only 1 of the bedrooms has a window with natural light. As another reviewer pointed out, both bathrooms can only be accessed via bedrooms, but there are privacy curtains so we did not find this to be an issue. The downstairs shower fixture broke during our stay and the hosts were very responsive in helping to get someone to come fix it!

The house is perfect, same as in the pictures. There is a golf course right behind the house and the view is beautiful. There are lots of activities nearby - beach is 5min drive and the Rainforest is 15min drive. The house has a well equipped kitchen and a fresh grocery store within a 10min drive. We were able to cook nice dinner for 2 days during our stay. There are also nice restaurants nearby. Overall the stay was very good and we would definitely stay here when we visit again.

Host was responsive very articulate always ensuring that we are enjoying the space and our time here. Flexible when it came to the availability of checking in as well as allowing us some flexibility to check out. Prompt when needing a response with any questions or concerns very helpful it was a pleasure staying in this space. The place is right on the beach parking close to home and the views were phenomenal. I 100% recommend this place whether you’re here alone or with family and friends. The stay was great, a lot bigger in person. It was almost like a shared property with another hot but definitely great spot.

Jose is a very nice host, responsive and helpful. The place is walking distance to the beach, restaurants. Enough space and parking for two families of 4 (8 people total). Located in the neighborhood with locals (and their cute cats and chickens) which added flare to our trip!

Carmens home is just what my family needed. It's beautiful and the Ocean is at your back door. I did not want to leave. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball court. My husband and I love the cute home and had everything and more we needed. Private gated safe with security 24 hours and close to the everything you need. We cant wait to stay again at Carmen's place. The place was super clean and not one bug, clean dishes and clean blankets that smell like fresh laundry! Thank you, Carmen, for opening your home to us!

We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

My recent stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the property and how well-equipped it was for guests. The location is truly unbeatable. Just steps from a beautiful beach, you can easily spend your mornings walking along the shore or swimming in the ocean. The property itself is situated right in front of a well-maintained pool, providing convenient options for swimming regardless of your preference. The unit comes with everything you could possibly need - a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, comfortable furnishings, good linens, and thoughtful touches throughout. I never found myself lacking for anything during my stay. The amenities at this property are outstanding. The mini golf course provided hours of casual fun, while the basketball and tennis courts were perfect for more active recreation. I'm already planning my return visit!

Lery is one of the nicest, most genuine, people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. So quick to respond when I was having internet issues- it was fixed in a matter of minuets, no lie. The place provided great views of sunset and the balcony was a great place to take morning coffee. The space was actually a lot bigger than expected so that was a nice surprise. Quiet building. I experienced little to no ubers a few times but that could have been my personal experience. Just something to be mindful of if you don’t have a car like me. Overall, a great stay with an even greater host!!!

It was the perfect stay for family getaway. Nice gated community with friendly people. Right outside the neighborhood people were friendly as well. Local spots were welcoming and delicious food and local market. Frances was great host answered questions and concerns without issues. The place was cleaned and up to part before we got there, the washer and dryer worked great! Definitely recommend people to book a stay here.

Our first time to PR and we loved the location!! We stayed 7 nights. I loved that we could go west to San Juan and old San Juan and go east to Luquillo and El Yunque. The condo was large and easily accommodated our family of 4. We loved having multiple beds and the sofa bed. The bathroom looks brand new. The pool was bigger than we expected and my kids loved having it to themselves as the most people we saw there was 4-5. We rented a car for two days and the free parking was amazing, there is also an Enterprise directly across the street which was so convenient. There is also a huge grocery store a 5 minute walk away. We got groceries and cooked a few meals which was great and we also used the laundromat downstairs. Thank you Alfredo!!
