Monthly Rentals in San Juan de Lurigancho

This is the second time I have stayed in Juan Daniel's apartment, and it is certainly not the last. As a host, he is a 10/10, always willing to help and attentive to your well-being. The apartment is very small, but has everything you need. It's perfect for someone like me who works remotely, travels alone, and doesn't spend much time at home. The neighborhood is quiet and very well connected by buses, the Metropolitano, minibuses and motorcycle taxis. If you want to get to know life in Lima as it really is, and shop in the market, go on public transport and meet the people who live there, it is the ideal accommodation. I hope to return to the same apartment soon.

The stay was excellent, from the flexible check-in, the willingness to explain everything in detail and above all the gesture of leaving snacks and water to facilitate consumption, obviously it was paid for later, but to arrive and hydrate yourself with this heat, it was a nice gesture and highly recommended

I have no complaints nor regrets. Rubi is an amazing person to know. She is very kind and very helpful. When you need help, she is quick to respond at most any time of the day, she is warm in her responses, and is adamant to get your problem solved. If she could not personally help me, she would get her co-host Pati to help, and she was equally helpful and kind. They are both great women who deserve the praise, and if you are reading this, thank you both very much.

Incredible service from the start, excellent communication, always ready to help, I was able to increase the number of days thanks to his very quick response and empathy. He picked me and my family up and showed us around. He was also always attentive to any questions or concerns! Without thinking, I would stay here again!
