Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Juan

Awesome place and location!

location was great and size of the unit is great. Only thing that could have made the stay better is a TV in the living room and the laundry room in the unit did not have the washer/dryer.

Good location, good view, apartment as seen in the photos and very quiet surroundings

Our stay was excellent, the building is really very nice, many places to eat around. The service was excellent. We talked about an even more flexible check and it was 10/10. But as a suggestion, you should improve the bed, otherwise everything is fine, but I would think about it. Thank you so much

The experience at Carlos and Sofia's place was excellent. From the beginning, communication with the hosts was smooth, clear and very cordial, which generated a lot of trust. The place is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Everything was impeccable during the stay. You can tell the care and dedication with which Carlos and Sofia take care of every detail. Definitely a highly recommended stay.

This is a fantastic home to stay in for airport arrivals and departures, or if interested in visiting Alajuela's churches and museums and the surrounding mountains and Volcan Poas. It certainly is full of personality and every amenity you could need. We enjoyed it so very much, we will definitely return as we live in Costa Rica and are frequently in and out of the airport at twilight hours (we've already rebooked for later this year). The home is quiet, spacious, colorful and safe. Thank you Kenneth & team for thinking of every needed item!

Great place. Being from the USA, it really made me feel immersed into the costa rica culture, while also feeling safe at home.

Great place to stay loved the hot tub and the view

I had a great stay in San José. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up during my stay. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. I’d definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here! Francisco the grounds keeper is super awesome and friendly as are the owners who we got to meet! The house is super well equipped and we had farm fresh eggs waiting for us! Amazing views, grounds are beautifully maintained and the porch is perfect for viewing the city below!! The chicken coupe is right next door and was fun to watch the chickens! Short drive to town and one hour to Irazú volcano and 30 minutes to the Sanatorium which both were worth going to see! We also had a bonfire which was such a treat! Don’t hesitate staying here!!

Excellent location, very safe. The house is very comfortable and has the essentials. There was coffee and coffee filters, dish soap, all the kitchen utensils, salt and spices, and the refrigerator was in excellent condition. Comfortable, clean bathrooms, enough towels, bedding in excellent condition. Premium internet. We were very happy and we can't wait to come back. Thank you Maura for your attention and lending us your house… I hope we meet again.

Great complex with awesome amenities

Perfect landing spot in the city, fantastic facilities. Wish we had more days and would have stayed longer just to explore the building and surrounding restaurants.

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The studio space is compact but has everything you need. It’s on the 28 floor with wonderful views over the city. The real beauty of the building though is the top floor (29) that has incredible shared amenity spaces. The coworking space is perfect. Very fast connection and lots of room to spread out, I’m an architect and had multiple monitors set up. The shared living room and other spaces were so relaxing. I felt like I was at home, but in a wonderfully luxurious space. The other residents were open and generous and quickly became friends who I will remain in contact with. I was sad to leave and will definitely be back.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, well appointed, very very clean and in a vibrant and walkable neighborhood. The host is kind and responds quickly.

This apartment is the one I would like to stay at every time I have to go to San Jose. After a busy day in the city, it's the perfect place to relax and rest, it is very quiet neighborhood and the location is very convenient as it is very easy to get to. The kitchen is well equipped, with good stainless steel pots so I would have even be able to cook a meal! Very comfortable bed, a perfect walk-in closet and all the appliances I needed. Sheyla is very helpful and attentive, she replies promptly to all messages and is very kind! I highly recommend this apartment and hope to be able stay here on my next trip to San José!

The place is great, with everything you need. It’s a little smaller than the pictures look like, otherwsie very nice with awesome amenities. It’s in a great area with lots to do in walking distance. We had trouble figuring out the parking, but the building security was very helpful. We originally tried to call the two numbers the host provided us, but they didn’t answer and never called us back, so I’m glad that the security guard was easy to find on a Saturday night. The rooftop is gorgeous and pool is very nice. Highly recommend this place for when you’re staying in San Jose!
