From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

The room was as stylish and clean as pictured.The host was also friendly and helpful.The sea was right in front of you, and the sunset was very beautiful from the window.There was plenty of parking space, so I didn't have any problems.I'd love to stay again next time I come.

All in all, a wonderful place to stay. You have absolute peace of mind, as you live secluded on a mountain. In the house itself there is another accommodation that was not occupied during our visit. Kitchen utensils available, but you have to get everything in terms of spices/oil. The listing says 2 single beds + sofa bed, but it is 1 double bed + sofa bed. It's not really big, but it's totally fine. If you are looking for luxury, this is the wrong place. Those who want to have their peace must come here. There were two of us there for 5 nights, absolutely recommend it

Super location in the village and new directly by the sea, not in a vacation resort and between large hotels Roof terrace with toilet, fridge and bar (unfortunately, small downside visible from below and above) Super service daily, fresh towels - not used to in apartments!

This place has an amazing view, and It is right in front of the “Los Gigantes” . There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby in walking distance. We experienced some difficulties finding street parking during weekends because host mentioned May is not as busy, so a parking in the building was not provided as indicated in the post. Another item is the shower drain is slow, despite trying to clean all the hairs. At the end of stay (starting 5th day), we do need to stop water a couple of times during each shower to prevent water overflow. If you are coming during peak seasons, pay attentions on these details.

The apartment was really great! It had everything you need, including a nice beachview from the terrace. We would choose it again.

Definitely recommend! Great price for a cute place with pool and beach access. Would say that there isn’t much night life but it’s only about 20 min drive from Las Americas if you want bars or clubs.

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

I booked this house for a week with my family and we enjoyed it so much. The house itself is great and the view is just stunning! My kids LOVE jumping into the pool and jacuzzi! It’s also super easy to go explore the island as the highway is 5 min away. We went to Los Cristianos, puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz. There is a little path that leads to the beach down the cliff…a bit hard for kids but did it as a “trail” and reached the beach in less than 10min! Definitely recommend if you went to spend some quality time in Tenerife!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Alex’s place! From the beginning, Alex was kind and always quick to answer any questions we had. He provided clear instructions and shared fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The apartment itself was peaceful, well-equipped, and perfectly located near Playa Paraíso and some lovely restaurants. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony overlooking the beach — it was truly magical. Watching the sunset from there is a memory we’ll always treasure. The apartment, what can I say respects the published photos, beautiful clean, brand new bathroom, super clean and very bright, and modern! The kitchen is small but super equipped, there is everything you need, the room is also super with a TV. Bea’s place has a wonderful outside area with the most scenic view of the water and cliffs. This is a great place to stay if you want to see the area, relax on the patio or hike some beautiful trails. We loved the entire condo and appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, assorted fruits and cookies! We would definitely return again.

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea accessible to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It is a real gem, beautifully decorated and has high rooms with an exciting floor plan. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The different terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children playing on the beach from the lower seat while relaxing in the deck chair. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves allowed us to sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and the upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it was not bad that the Wi-Fi had failed a few times. We had a wonderful time, on request the administration arranged romance for our arrival - flowers, wine, fruits, rose petals. The view of the ocean is gorgeous, the jacuzzi is great, very cool after an active day. The location is gorgeous, in a quiet place, but within walking distance to the city and cool cafes
