Monthly Rentals in San Juan Beach

Stayed here for 4 days, this place has great value for its price. Mark was proactive, accommodated our requests, and even sent us recommendations. Check in was very smooth, the host just gave us a quick tour of the place and handed us the key. We were also welcomed by their two dogs (5 star experience for these babies) The property has a lounge area with benches, hammocks, and a grill. Our place had more than enough room for couples, and had wifi access that was good enough for working and calls. You can access the beach directly from the property. You can walk on the beach or on the main road to reach Urbiztondo. Would book again.

Highly Recommended Stay at Surfstar! We highly recommend Surfstar for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! It’s located in a quiet part of the beach, yet it’s still very close to restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and other essential spots—all within walking distance. We loved the unlimited coffee and the delicious cheese bread they served. The staff was exceptional, always responsive both in chat and in person, and very accommodating. Special thanks to Ate Jhara and Kuya Eric for making our stay so memorable. They even arranged a surf lesson for us, which was a fantastic experience! One of the things we truly appreciated was that they allowed us to check in early, as we arrived in Elyu ahead of schedule. This thoughtful gesture really made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Monica's place. It's very cozy and homy. Everything is provided to us. Monica is very helpful and responsive. She even shared and recommended places to visit. Checking in and out was very smooth. The location is also very accessible to the restaurants and the beach. I love everything about her place - the furniture and furnishings. Very convenient location. It's just beside The Great Northwest. It has a spacious lobby and room especially the CR lol.
