They report that in the summer, there will only be indoor construction work nearby. When I am there, I use a semi-basement floor (-1) in the lower part of the property, with a separate entrance from that of the house (floors 0 and 1). Each apartment has its own entrance door and private terrace. The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.
