House vacation rentals in San José

Absolutely beautiful house and garden. We were looking for a relaxing getaway and this house served us very well for lazing in the garden and dipping in the pool. We didn’t want to hire a car but were able to walk into Turre easily and we found a taxi service to bring us back after trips to the supermarket and also for going out in the evenings for dinner. We would then sit outside on the comfy sofa and play cards. Plenty of restaurants in Turre and lots more in Mojacar village which is very pretty with stunning views. Elaine who manages the property was lovely and on hand if we needed her. She sent us lots of information about the area and also sent a link for the airport shuttle service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property. Thank you Cheryl and Elaine

Nuestra estadía en Cabo de Gata ha sido perfecta. La casa es muy cómoda y muy tranquila. No tenemos más que buenas recomendaciones, seguramente volveremos pronto.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in het huis en de unieke omgeving! Het huis is goed onderhouden en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. De tuin, inclusief het prachtige zwembad, is echt een pareltje, en het uitzicht vanuit het zwembad is adembenemend. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig, al is een auto wel noodzakelijk om de omgeving te verkennen. De communicatie met David en Frances verliep uitstekend; ze waren altijd bereikbaar en erg behulpzaam.

We came back to this amazing rural house and once again had a perfect stay. Everything is spotless, smells great, and every detail is so well thought out — from the pool, barbecue, massage chair, billiards, darts, and board games to a fully equipped kitchen and tons of TV channels. You don't need to leave the house for anything — it's the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Martyn and his wife are truly exceptional hosts: kind, thoughtful, and incredibly meticulous. You can tell they put their heart into everything. We’ll definitely be back again — it already feels like our little peaceful getaway. Highly, highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

Amazing place to chill and relax. Wonderful terrace to enjoy the view of the sea while having coffee/tea/beer. Javier is very communicative and provided many tips and insights. We will totally come back.

Ophélie's place is exactly the way she describes it, a 5-10 min walk to the Alcazaba, restaurants and lively areas. Breakfast and late drinks on the terrace overlooking the Cerro San Cristobal is a great experience. Ophélie was super helpful, clear instructions and communication. We felt at home. Highly recommend!

Nos ha encantado alojarnos aqui. Se respira paz y tranquilidad. Tiene lo necesario para pasar unos dias estupendos. A 15/20 minutos de pueblos y playas preciosas. Recomendable!!!

We regret that we haven't plan longer stay. Place is much better than it looks from photos. The view is spectacular. Terrace is well equipped and provides great privacy. Place is spacious, provides two bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and great living room, kitchen, terrace and second bathroom on upper one. There is small desk to work. Flat was really clean and tidy, with extra toys for children. Parking spot is Just normal size - We parked Renault Captur with two cars on sides with no problem. Carboneras itself is really nice city, with great beach. Bear in mind that area is hilly and flat is second floor without lift with stairs inside. Great place for holidays, with a great communicative host.

Eine herrliche Woche in einem traumhaften Haus direkt am Strand! Die Gegend bietet auch im Winter viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten und geöffnete Restaurants. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos, bestens ausgestattet (viele Bettwaren, Decken, Handtücher, Strandtücher, Geschirr und Kochutensilien) und sauber. Die obere Terrasse ist absolut traumhaft und auch der untere Außenbereich ist anprechend, da er windgeschützt und ruhig ist. Kleine liebevolle Details wie Lichterketten abends in Sträuchern machen es besonders. Francisco ist sehr freundlicher, bemühter Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar ist bei Fragen und uns ein Gefühl von Zuhause gegeben hat in seinem Haus. Wir würden sehr gern wieder kommen!

Le logement d'Isabel et Stéphane est très agréable, il dispose de différents espaces de vie. J'ai beaucoup aimé le caractère typique dans un véritable village blanc andalou à la différence des locations de vacances impersonnelles souvent présentes en bord de mer. Le logement est bien situé au centre du Cabo de Gata ce qui permet de découvrir le secteur. Merci encore pour votre accueil et vos conseils.

La casa está en un sitio perfecto del pueblo y tiene un tamaño suficiente, dos baños magníficos y un acceso a la playa genial. Únicamente creo que se podría mejorar añadiendo aire acondicionado en el salón (en los dormitorios hay ventiladores estupendos de techo) porque solo hay ventiladores de pie (los típicos) y dejando más espacio para guardar en el equipaje en los armarios de la casa

El apartamento esta situado en una zona tranquilar con acceso muy fácil a una pequeña playa y calas adyacentes. Además a 10 minutos del centro. El apartamento estaba impecable y superfuncional para dos personas. Aire acondicionado que no hace falta poner porque hay ventiladores en el techo. Esta equipado con todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Francisco es una excelente persona. No dudo en venir desde Almeria pasada la medianoche porque se nos quedaron las llaves dentro del apt y no podíamos entrar. En fin, estupenda estancia. Repetiremos en cuanto nos sea posible.

My family had such a wonderful time. We feel really relaxed and happy after our stay. Just wish we could stay longer. The accommodation was in the perfect location across the road from the beach and short walk to town. The views from the house are breathtaking to say the least. We had a good bbq on the top terrace one of the days which was a brilliant setting. Thanks to Mirto. Hopefully we will return one day.

Ha sido una estancia estupenda, la casa en una zona tranquila y cerca de todo lo importante que ver en los alrededores, pudiendo ir andando al pueblo, las vistas desde la terraza son maravillosas , equipada con varios ambientes. La cocina tenia todo lo necesario. en las habitaciones con ropa de cama de algodón .La anfitriona atenta a nuestra estancia.y respondiendo en poco tiempo. contenta de haber escogido este alojamiento. Alojamiento perfecto. Está prácticamente nuevo, en perfecto estado y decorado con mucho gusto. La descripción coincide perfectamente con el anuncio. La anfitriona Elena muy amable, contactaba inmediatamente por teléfono y con instrucciones muy claras. Nos recibió En persona a la llegada y nos despidió a la salida. Hemos estado muy cómodos una semana entera. Os lo recomiendo, y si vais sed respetuosos con el apartamento y su decoración, que está impecable :-) .

Para nosotros lo mejor ha sido que tiene una UBICACIÓN EXCEPCIONAL!!! La playa está prácticamente en la puerta de la casa que con niños es ideal, ademas de restaurantes y supermercados también muy cerca. La casa es muy acogedora y esta perfectamente equipada. La cocina tiene todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, tienen muy buena luz y ventilación. Tuvimos un día de mal tiempo pero las terrazas y en terrado de la casa hacen que se pueda disfrutar de diferentes espacios sin necesidad de salir. Nos gustaría regresar en invierno para poder disfrutar de la chimenea. Súper recomendable!

Rafaels place was perfect for our family holiday. There were eight of us and we used all of the five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There is plenty of space. It was good to have a big kitchen and a stocked pantry. The beds were big and comfortable and everyone loved the pillows. The pictures on the site perhaps could be improved. It’s better than it looks. Rafael was friendly, helpful and responsive.

No tengo nada negativo para decir de esta estancia ni de María del Mar. Todo excelente! La casa es realmente increíble! Estamos muy contentos con nuestra estadía y con la amabilidad y calidez de esta mujer! El año que viene repetiremos si o si. Gracias!!!!
