Vacation rentals with a patio in San José Ixtapa

We had a wonderful stay. The area is safe and private. Beautiful views. Very steep walk but taxis are readily available. Comfortable clean and stylish place. Well stocked kitchen. We did lots of cooking and enjoyed outdoor meals. The plunge pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach or the walk up to the bungalow. It is also right down the street from one of our favorite restaurants. Great guidebook with lots of local tips. Overall a wonderful place and great host! Thanks Claire!

We really liked the location and Celia made us feel very welcomed. She had a gathering for all the guests and made a Mexican snack for us to try. Fun times! We would definitely consider staying there again.

This place was exactly as seen in the listing, or actually, even better! Loved staying here! I felt so safe and comfortable. It’s very spacious and was perfect for our two families.

Great hosts and an incredible condo, location and views. Unit is spacious and well done. Balcony is quite large with beautiful views of the pool and beach. Condo staff is great. A great place to stay when exploring Ixtapa and Zihua!!! We will be back!

Fue una estancia excelente. La ubicación del lugar permite llegar caminando a la playa, restaurantes, mercado, artesanías y amenidades en el centro de Zihuatanejo. Además, Sixto nos apoyó con grandes recomendaciones de lugares para desayunar, comer y cenar. También, nos sugirió rutas más rápidas y cómodas para llegar a playas más lejanas. Sixto estuvo al pendiente de nuestra estancia todo el tiempo, incluso nos permitió guardar nuestras maletas el primer y último día de nuestra estancia, lo que nos permitió aprovechar nuestro tiempo en Zihuatanejo al máximo y de la manera más cómoda. El alojamiento fue muy cómodo y limpio. Tuvimos una gran estancia. Todos los muebles e interiores están como nuevos, se nota el gran esfuerzo por lograr que los huéspedes tengan la mejor experiencia. Definitivamente recomiendo este hospedaje para descansar y explorar Zihuatanejo.

The pictures accurately portray this beautiful home. The views were breathtaking, with stunning sunsets everyday. The Condo was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils to cook delicious meals. Any issues were handled promptly by the Owner Eric and resolved as quickly as possible. One of the the things we appreciated most was that there was enough breeze during the evenings that we didn’t have to have the air conditioning on as we enjoyed the end of day activities. Muy bonita vista del departamento, muy agradable, en buenas condiciones, equipado…. las actividades y áreas comunes muy bien. El anfitrión siempre muy atento y daba respuesta. El restaurante muy buena comida y porción, solo te cobran en automático el servicio (15%) Y todo lo que pagas con tarjeta de crédito en el condominio es más 3% de comisión.

Hermoso departamento en península Ixtapa donde puedes disfrutar con familia ! Es un lugar para descanso, si tu plan es ir con amigos a hacer fiestas este no es una opción. El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar días ahí, el restaurante accesible y rico, lo recomiendo ampliamente. Y Luz María una host súper atenta! Gracias

This was a perfect spot for a vacation with two friends. Coco was so easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay. We are so thankful for all of her help!

Great value for the size of the home. Sadly had to leave due to an emergency so I didn't get to enjoy it long enough, but I'll definitely be back! Great hosts were very understanding and helpful.

con sinceridad me agrado mucho. si el próximo año está disponible me volvería a quedar ahí.

la publicación de hecho muestra menos de lo que es el alojamiento completo, ya que cada dpto tiene su cocina equipada para cocinar casi lo que quieras, lindos detalles que se pueden aprovechar muy bien.. si acaso, corregir la mesa de billar, porque está pandeada, aunque eso nos generó muchos momentos de risa entre la familia

The place was perfect for our little group of 3. Quietly tucked away from the busier street with a beautiful garden to take refuge in. Everthing was clean and when the gas ran out, the neighbours assisted with the replacent gas. Would love to come back for another stay at Lleana's apartment.

La casa es muy amplia y cómoda la pasamos muy agusto, el único detalle es q la escalera no tiene barandal lo cual lo vuelve peligrosa si viajas con niños

Stunning view of the bay and marina! Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, purified water and easy access to the nearly private pool. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our group of 7 stayed here and were extremely impressed with the apartment. The stay felt extremely private but within walking distance of all night life and local beaches. Enna and her team were extremely professional and proactive. The space looks even more beautiful in person!

This is a beautiful location with incredible views. The condo was spacious and comfortable and Marie-Claud was a helpful and responsive host. Absolutely recommend staying here!

The condo is beautiful and the view is incredible! The pictures don't do it justice! The pools are amazing and the property is clean and well kept. Very beautiful. It's right near the marina. There are a few places to eat right near the condo, and even more places within a 10-15 minute walk. Miguel and Carla (the property managers) were great to work with and all of the front desk staff at the condo were super helpful. A few of the amenities were not in the condo when we arrived, but Saif quickly got ahold of the property managers who resolved the issue the next morning. The safe in the condo did not work and we notified both Saif and the property manager. Just a heads up if you go, the safe was not fixed by the time we checked out. All in all a great place.

Increible depa frente al mar. Excelente lugar para ir en familia y pasar unos dias se descanso a Metros de la playa. Es nuestra sgunda visita a Trincones y definitivamente volveria a hospedarme aqui! Super recomendable para venir en familia o amigos.

The apartment was real nice and Maria and Emiliano excellent host But the apartment are in a complex this complex has internals rules that are not describe in airbnb One of their rules are not visits we have family in Lazaro Cardenas wich is close to here my family was denied the entrance they did not want to stay only visit that was not in the airbnb rules so if you have family and you want them to visit this is not the place 2 the pool is in bad shape tiles are broken they need to fixed The apartment was fine but I believe for what we paid should be something better
