We loved the service, location, comfort, and many details that make the accommodation spectacular. It's for sale; if I had the resources I wouldn't hesitate to buy it.

Great family vacation. House was beautiful and clean, had everything we needed. Location was very private with amazing views. The dirt road up the hill was a little bumpy and long but well worth the drive. Concierge service was top notch- responded to all of our questions with timely manner with great recommendations

We really enjoyed it as a family. Everything was to our complete satisfaction.

We needed a place for our large mixed group of family and friends who were here for a wedding and this place was perfect. Ample room for everyone, safely gated, a pool to keep the kids busy and large common area for everyone to convene. There are others living nearby but they are quiet and we’re always very helpful whenever we needed. You’ll want to have a car while here so you can quickly and easily jaunt into the city centre or take a short trip to Dominical (about 35 minutes). Would happily return! Great place.

The place is just as described in the photos, it is small but just with what is necessary. The layout of the space is very well used, the pool is a great complement. Matapalo beach is 600 m away and is a "virgin" beach are constructions, large buildings, and was clean to where we went.

The house was 5 stars! Well equipped, beautiful views, we saw monkeys, birds, crabs. Loved the shower and bathroom windows view to the jungle. Forest was a great host and answered all of our questions.

beautiful house, it was very quiet and a wonder nice view to the ocean. The pool was lovely to enjoy after a wonderful activity + my children learned to swim on our short stay. The beds were also lovely and the house was very neat. The guard was also really friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time there, highly recommended.

This house is most beautiful in design, features and location. The stunning views, the beautiful flora and fauna were just amazing. We watched Tucans and Colibris from the pool. We enjoyed the privacy of a remote location yet had all the amenities and still felt adventurous. Host and local team were fantastic. We travelled some more in Costa Rica and found Uvita to be the best base for tours and exploring.

Amazing spot with incredible view from the porch and very clean interior. Very easy communication, would gladly stay again! Note: Septic system if you aren't used to that, and most definitely need AWD to get to the place.

This was our second time visiting Jim’s place. It is such a special property, surrounded by nature. Jim did an incredible job designing and landscaping his home. There are native fruit trees that surround it. Every sunset Tucans visit the property, and we were lucky enough to see Howler monkeys in the distance. This property fills our cup and we hope to return in the future. While we love visiting Domincalito and the laid back beaches, our favorite thing to do while visiting is lounge at Jim’s and take in the beautiful landscape. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Blue Shack. It was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing. Dominical is such a cute beach town and we were located right near all the good food and shops. The kids loved the pool. Steve was very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in Dominical or the central Pacific area.

Our stay at Casa Llama was incredible! We spent almost a month at this beautiful rainforest retreat, nestled in the mountains just 15 minutes above San Isidro de General. The property offered the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility, with easy access to buses and Uber. The house was cozy and well-maintained, blending seamlessly with nature. The 2.24-acre property was filled with lush trees, vibrant plants, and wildlife, including iguanas, lizards, and colorful birds. We loved the nearby river, perfect for unwinding. The amenities, like the gym and in-home spa services, added a luxurious touch. The location was ideal for exploring attractions like the Nauyaca Waterfalls and Manuel Antonio Beach. Our hosts were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Casa Llama is a hidden gem, offering a peaceful escape with easy access to adventure. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

For a group of 3 couples looking for both relaxation and adventure, this was the perfect spot! The house is amazing and even more beautiful than the pictures, with iguanas and tropical birds to see as we enjoyed the views of sunrise and sunset from the pool. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. The location is a perfect hub to explore some beaches and restaurants to the south in Uvita, and not a far drive to Manuel Antonio, with a good selection of places close by in Dominical. Hosts were so responsive and available with lots of great recommendations and helped with anything we needed. They were flexible with our check-in and personal helped us find it on a rainy night. We can’t recommend Casa Linda highly enough!

We loved our stay here, wish we could have stayed for longer. The setting is ideal, the mesh screen walls make you feel like you’re camping out in the jungle but with all the creature comforts of being ‘at home’. Wouter is a great host, friendly, kind & helpful & even gave us a lift down to the beach. If you haven’t got a car it’s still doable, Uber works here and Wouter also gave us taxi nos. So don’t worry if you’ve not got wheels, this is still a perfect option!

Eddie’s place is a real gem. Incredible privacy and views, well appointed and comfortable home. The kitchen comes very well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Small details make his place extra wonderful. High quality linens, blankets, beautifully manicured garden and lawn. Henry, the groundskeeper is lovely. My children had so much fun playing hide and seek on the generous property and I loved waking up before sunrise, sitting on the deck and listening to a million birds beautifully singing through day break. My kids said they loved the home and want to come back!!

This location is outstanding! Our family had a wonderful time enjoying the property, the local hotel, and local wildlife!! We hope to be back! Thank you to Indra for your hospitality.

Beautiful house with great pool and ocean views in a convenient location to Dominicalito beach (which had smaller waves and was perfect for kids). The towns of Uvita and Dominical are also close and easy to go there for dinner and groceries. The views were gorgeous and the house is wonderfully designed for a family. The traditional Costa Rican breakfasts that Yigzy prepared, along with lots of fresh fruit, were wonderful. Cheyenne was super responsive and helpful and we did many of the activities she recommended (river rafting, canyoning/rappelling, boating, etc) and they were all great excursions. In general, it was great to have her help for making car arrangements to San Jose airport, restaurant recommendations, etc. She and her husband live on the property, also the caretaker, Kiko, but it is 5 acres with dense vegetation and and the house is very private. We would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay there again!

Amazing views. The outside deck and kitchen are great and make the home feel much larger. Rudy, the caretaker, is super responsive if you need anything. The road and driveway are intimidating the first time but get easier after a couple of trips up and down.

We spent 9 days at RSA, a truly unique and memorable time. The property is beautiful and buzzing with life. Being in the misty clouds felt surreal. We saw 100s of hummingbirds and many other birds, toads, insects, and butterflies. The variety of flowers and plants in the garden is amazing. Hiking the “puma trail” was like another world, with dense moss covered trees and hanging vines. We highly recommend touring the property with Fabian - so kind/knowledgeable/passionate. Jan and the caretaker family are also SO helpful and considerate. The home was sparkling clean. There is a huge library of books. The beds are comfortable. The coffee harvested on site is delicious! Mornings were especially lovely. A few things: a 4x4 with good clearance and a confident driver are a MUST as the road is quite steep and rocky; 2 of the 3 access roads were closed, so local attractions and amenities were hard to visit/further than expected; for kids under 5, the trails are too steep/muddy. Okay, I have never been so happy to write a review. Alina is by far the best host you could hope for. She is so helpful, kind, understanding, responsive, warm, friendly, and funny! She made the entire trip for us so easy, considering we had a large party coming from 2 countries with a 15 month old baby and my elderly mother-in-law. Alina is THE best! The photos on the listing do not do the house justice. The grounds and the views are spectacular. The pool is amazing by day but absolutely magical at night. MAGICAL! We had daily Capuchin monkey shows right in front of us on the balcony & by the pool every day at 4:00/5:00 pm. Beautiful birds, funny-lookin' guinea pig etc The house has a level of privacy you do not expect from the road. The drive up to the house is exciting. 4 x 4 recommended but not necessary. House is spotless with all the amenities you need. And for a house in Costa Rica to have ice cold A/C units in the bedrooms is a huge bonus. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here!

It was really wonderful. You had nature right in front of your eyes and it was quiet and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed it. :)
