Monthly Rentals in San Ildefonso

My boyfriend and my grandmother stayed with me here while I did some research for my thesis. My grandma had nothing but compliments about the place! She actually wants to buy blinds similar to theirs now 😂 It was really clean and I’m impressed with how cool the indoor air was despite closing the door, probably because the flooring is all made of tiles. Super easy check-in, clear instructions, and the place was easy to find because of the landmark. Essentials like towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, and soap were provided. Such a great place to stay! They were very responsive and accommodating too! 💖

We needed a place to stay near our relative's house, and this is a perfect spot because it is also near Sm and convenience stores. Ms Marriane and his wife are so helpful.

We had an amazing stay with the family! The property is incredibly pet-friendly and also great for seniors, which made it perfect for all of us. The caretaker was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The layout is ideal for families, with two bedrooms—one upstairs and the second downstairs, making it very convenient for families with seniors. The upstairs bedroom also has a smart TV, which was a great added touch. The location is also fantastic, close to the market and a convenience store. We loved the amenities, especially the pool, karaoke, and Netflix. The WiFi was fast, which was a nice bonus! A special thank you for the complimentary cake—it was such a thoughtful touch and really made our stay even more memorable. The only downside was that there’s only one bathroom, but aside from that, everything we needed was available. Highly recommended for families and friends! Would definitely stay again.

Edna was a gracious host. She went to meet us and brought us to the property. We had a warm, friendly chat and she was very accommodating. Her place is neat, clean and it is centrally located. We will definitely stay at her place again should we visit Baliwag again.
