Appartamento comodissimo, perfettamente equipaggiato, con terrazzino molto godibile e parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. Luigi è stato un host eccezionale! Super disponibile, gentilissimo, sempre raggiungibile e ha risolto in men che non si dica un paio di disguidi che abbiamo avuto (a causa nostra ;-)). Raccomandatissimo!

Appartamento per 2 persone ben tenuto, pulito, con tutto il necessario. L'host è sempre stato gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità fin dal nostro arrivo. Check-in e check-out flessibili, Jose è venuto sempre incontro alle nostre richieste. La posizione della casa non è centrale rispetto alla città e purtroppo la zona in cui si trova non è tenuta al meglio. Senza la macchina è necessario affidarsi agli autobus (fattibile ma non semplice) o camminare almeno fino al centro (circa 25 minuti a piedi). Anche il wifi della casa è ottimo.

We stayed 4 nights in the flat and went on day trips to Syracusa, Taormina and Etna. First, the flat is confortable, with every bedrooms having shower and toilets. The living room/kitchen is big enough to have breakfast but not enough confortable if you plan to stay the all day inside. Secondly, but up to me, it is well decorated with upcycled stuff. Finally, the flat is well located. Lots of restaurants and bar near by. And few minutes walking from main touristic area. Stazione centrale might be a little bit far away.

Melania et sa famille ont été très réactifs par message et très accueillants ! C’est un endroit très paisible, un havre de paix en plein cœur de la nature, les photos ne seront jamais à la hauteur de la beauté du lieu ! Une vraie pépite. Je recommande vivement ! Merci pour votre accueil

We were really happy to have booked Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place during our trip to Sicily! We planned to visit mount Etna and avoid the crazy traffic and noise of the bigger cities that we had been experiencing in Sicily , so the place was a perfect choice as it is around 30m by car to it. It is also accessible to visit Taormina and Siracusa. The house is extremely comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, beautifully decorated and clean! The hosts are very kind and responsive, we ended up taking longer for our check in than planned and they were supper accommodating towards us. We recommend Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place for your Sicily trip!

Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Alleinlage (mit den Vermietern) in den Bergen. Die Aussicht aus dem Garten ist wunderschön. In 2-3 km ist man auf dem Monte Ogliastro oder Monte Veneretta, von wo aus man die ganze Region überblicken kann. Traumhaft! Die Terrasse ist groß und vollständig umzäunt. Dann kommt der Parkplatz und dann der schöne umzäunte Garten. Die Katzen waren sehr nett und mit dem Hund gab es keine Probleme. Leider waren die Katzen alle sehr sehr dünn, mindestens 3 hatten schweren Durchfall. Die Schildkröten im Garten hatten sehr trostlose kleine Gehege und der Hund wurde oft auf den Balkon weggesperrt. Haustiere haben auf Sizilien leider meist ein schlimmes Leben. Das hat den Urlaub traurig gemacht.

Appartamento spazioso e ben sistemato. Ottima posizione , a pochi metri dal Duomo, consente di visitare a piedi il centro della città. Ristoranti, bar e negozi facilmente raggiungibili.

Roberto et Irena nous ont réservés un accueil top! Joli appartement au rez-de-chaussée dans une petite ruelle au calme, très soigné, bien décoré avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Lit et oreillers super confortables. Extrêmement bien situé pour visiter Catania qui est une ville à taille humaine et très agréable à visiter, tout se fait à pied. Sur les bons conseils de Roberto et Irena: à 2 pas le café Savia, la patisserie historique de la ville pour prendre un petit déjeuner où une bonne patisserie/glace Sicilienne! Aussi le rooftop Etnea à faire pour une vue imprenable sur l'Etna. Via San Filemona (je crois) aussi à 2 pas pour découvrir la cuisine Sicilienne, il y a le choix! Malheureusement nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits mais cette ville mérite un peu plus de temps. On reviendra chez Roberto avec plaisir!

Beautiful villa at the base of Mt. Etna. Very large pool and garden. Nadia and her family are close by and very responsive / always willing to help. The location is great as it is close to the volcano and a 15 min drive to the beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

Logement incroyable. Rien à redire, Marco est très acceuillant et aidant au moindre soucis. Plein d'activités possibles dans la maison (à l'extérieur +++).

Très bon séjour et belle expérience pour découvrir la Sicile. Climatisation dans les chambres, une obligation en Sicile au mois juillet. La chambre parentale est immense. TV dans les chambres avec wifi, indispensable si vous avez des enfants. Grande cuisine qui fait pièce à vivre et grand balcon qui fait le tour de l’appartement, permet d’avoir quasiment 360 degrés de vision, avec évidemment l’Etna, vu sur piscine du balcon et au loin la mer. Piscine, indispensable avec la chaleur, et surtout 24/24 avec lumière tamisée, que j’ai vraiment apprécié avec de l’eau salée, transat et parasol. Parking privé avec télécommande. Accueil au top, bons renseignements et surtout toujours disponible. Merci Antonio et Salvatore pour ce beau séjour 😍

We had a lovely stay for 3 days in October. Apartment is really nice and modern. We visited Etna 2 times. It is about 45 min by car to Etna South. We had a nice stay, many thanks

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren froh, dass wir im Dorf abgeholt wurden und begleitet wurden, da der Weg nicht ganz einfach ist. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön gelegen und bietet einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Etna und ins Tal. Auch die Terrasse mit Pool ist super schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Man kann vom Haus direkt Spaziergänge unternehmen und auch der Weh ins Dorf ist zu Fuß gut machbar. Leider war das Wetter bei uns zum Teil windig und regnerisch. Da das Haus aber auch drinnen so gemütlich ist und einen tollen Panoramablick bietet, war das nicht schlimm für uns. Einziges kleines Manko war für uns, dass der Holzofen nicht im Wohnzimmer ist. Die Betten sind super bequem und die Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut.

Outstanding place, just out of the city so it was peaceful, but close enough to be in the centre within minutes (we hired a scooter). The compound itself felt incredibly secure and was beautiful to relax in. Girlfriend fell in love with the cats on the property which were very friendly but not constantly around us. The pool was a great way to wake up every morning but the real espresso machine was an authentic and lovely touch. It is right next to the main street to get into town, which had a fair amount of traffic but the property had a fantastic garden which concealed you away from it, so we honestly didn't really notice the noise. All in all, I would recommend this listing to anyone, and will certainly return if we find ourselves in that part of the island again. 10/10

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine à 6 personnes dans la partie a l étage de la maison. L appartement ne correspond pas tout à fait aux photos puisqu une chambre a été ajoutée dans le salon … mais la pièce de vie reste très spacieuse. Il n y avait pas de volets ( et pas de rideaux opaques dans le salon) ce qui est dommage quand on dort dans le salon et que le soleil se lève a 6h … et surtout pour couper du soleil quand il y fait très chaud . La cuisine n était pas suffisamment équipée plutôt rustique Heureusement que Sonia s est montrée réactive à nos demandes. La Clim était indispensable mais n est pas assez performante pour rafraîchir les chambres. Je dirais que l appartement vaut le coup pour la terrasse et la vue sur Taormina et la tranquillité s il y a du monde au rdc ( cet appartement doit être plus adapté pour un long séjour) .les extérieurs sont vraiment magiques et très appréciables en période de canicule ils sont d ailleurs très bien entretenus .

Wir haben als Gruppe von Freunden hier einen 10-tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir überwältigt von der Schönheit von Anwesen und Umgebung: Im wunderschönen Zitronenhain gelegen mit Blick auf die Hänge des Ätna und auf‘s Meer. Besser geht‘s nicht! Langeweile kam nie auf, die Gegend bietet super viel! Ein Auto ist allerdings wichtig. Auch auf dem Grundstück gab‘s immer was zu tun: wunderschöner Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Fußball oder in der tollen Küche kochen… und immer frische Zitronen. Maria Gulia und Angelo sind super freundlich und halfen uns oft mit Tipps und schnellen Antworten weiter. Die Villa ist eine absolute Empfehlung!!

I spent a wonderful month in this location - it's clean and comfortable with good wifi for remote working - perfect for what I was after. Maria is a wonderful host who is always responsive and cleaned the place once a week while leaving me nice things for breakfast! She even gave me a lift to and from Catania (c.10km) with my heavy suitcase. Trecastagni is a pleasant town on the slopes of Etna with accessible supermarkets and other essential shops as well as a some nice bars and restaurants and several churches. This location is better for those with private vehicles as the buses to/from Trecastagni are somewhat unreliable and it is a walk of several miles to the nearest train station (Acireale). However for those with vehicles it offers good access to Etna as well as other attractions in the area such as Catania and Acireale.

Logement calme et idéalement situé pour aller sur l'Etna. Proche commerces et restaurants. Hôte très agréable, répond très rapidement et donne de bons conseils. Nous recommandons ce logement

Our stay in Sicily was truly unforgettable! The house had a beautiful character, filled with charming details that made it feel like a home. The garden was a stunning oasis, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Sicilian evenings. Our host, Carlo, was exceptional—always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The highlight of our trip was the incredible five-course Sicilian dinner Carlo organized for us, showcasing the region's delicious cuisine. Each dish was a delight! The location itself is a must-visit, with breathtaking views and rich culture all around. We felt immersed in the beauty and warmth of Sicily. Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone looking to experience the best of the island!

Ich bin zu Fuß vom Ätna her angereist. Mit dem Auto ist es trotz der Abgelegenheit sehr gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war reichlich, köstlich und nett angerichtet. Abendessen kann man auf Wunsch bekommen und ist typisch sizilianisch, frisch gekocht und äußerst lecker. Ein Aufenthalt ist definitiv zu empfehlen

È la seconda volta che sono ospite...sicuramente ci sarà una terza!

Words cannot describe how thankful we are to have found Simona’s and Roberto’s beautiful home. We just moved to Italy from the United States, and in the middle of our travel we discovered we did not have housing secured like we originally thought. Simona was so quick to respond to our situation and her flexibility with us meant the world. For our first month in Italy, we felt as if we had landed in a dream - the orange grove was the perfect peaceful spot for long walks with our dog and the serene atmosphere allowed us to unwind and really enjoy our new Italian life. The house is rustic and beautiful - there are so many perfect little personal touches and we felt cozy during our stay. The best part were the hosts, Simona and Roberto. They were responsive to our every need and showed us great hospitality. Simona gave us local Scordia recommendations, even bringing us bread, treats and fruit from the farm. We would stay here in a heartbeat again. Thank you for everything, Simona!

Die rustikale Ferienwohnung ist sauber und einfach und liegt inmitten eines alten Olivenheins am Fuße des Etna. es ist sehr idyllisch. Mariagiovanna bietet auch Frühstück an und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch, als wir uns bei unserer Anreise sehr verspäteten. Man kann von dort mit dem Auto gut zu Exkursionen starten,aber ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, obwohl die Bahn der Schmalspurbahn direkt am Haus entlang führt.
