Monthly Rentals in San Giovanni di Posada

We stayed in Maria Giuseppina's apartment with our small child and felt very comfortable there. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, check-in and communication went wonderfully. A nearby parking space was always available. We were particularly pleased with Maria Giuseppina's willingness to accommodate a very late check-out, which meant we were able to make much better use of the last day before the ferry departed - thank you very much!

Very clean, functional and good location apartment. It is ideal for 2 couples or a family with children. The beach is very close, as are shops and restaurants. Parking lots nearby. Alessandro is very friendly and helpful. He was attentive and responded very quickly to messages. He even allowed us to arrive earlier than expected. We highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed. It was a great experience that we won't hesitate to repeat.

The house is well located, a few minutes walk from the beach and close to the necessary amenities, for example a convenience store, bar and restaurants, right next door. If you are on foot, as in my case, from Olbia you can get by bus with a change in Siniscola, the Caletta and Posada, the nearest centers, can be reached by bus, 25 minutes walk to La Caletta. The veranda outside is pleasant, the apartment is equipped with everything that is indicated in the listing. I was alone, I stayed here for 9 days and I had a very good time. Luna was welcoming and available for directions. I'd love to come back and stay longer. Thank you for everything!

It has been a pleasure staying in this Airbnb. Maria is so nice and welcoming. She had kindly bought some snacks for our arrival. The check in and out went very smoothly as she is very flexible and responsive. The flat is well located and furnished with all the amenities needed. We hope to come back soon and highly recommend this Airbnb!
