Staying with Matteo was the perfect choice. The apartment is spacious,clean, andwell-equipped. Matteo was very helpful, responding quickly to our messages. Outside, there is a place and all the equipment for a barbecue and, most importantly, a parking space under the house. Great location. You can visit the beautiful Lago Maggiore,and Como is only 1 hour away. I recommend it with all my heart!

We had a memorable stay. The house is spacious, has everything you need, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, several balconies from which you could look into the beautiful valley and enjoy the fresh mountain air. We felt extremely comfortable and would recommend Casa Ursula to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in nature. Thank you!

We were there with 3 families including 4 children and it was a wonderful stay. The villa still exceeds the expectations you have through the photos. There are countless touches designed with a lot of taste and knowledge. The age and size of the villa mean that individual items are always broken, which did not disturb us. The Park is huge. In the edge areas of the park and at dusk you need a good mosquito spray. There are many small deciduous frogs in the meadow. Karim was a really warm and helpful host. He knows the history of the house in every detail and is a very entertaining and fun conversationalist.

We had a very nice vacation at Maria Antonietta's. We were very warmly welcomed and even the fridge was filled. The apartment is nice and offers plenty of space, the bed was also comfortable. The courtyard is great, you have direct access from all rooms - and our daughter was very happy about the slide :).

Beautiful lovingly maintained river house. The location is phenomenal. The house is cozy and offers so many possibilities. Especially great are the outdoor area overlooking the river, terrace, meadow, barbecue, pizza oven, tables, chairs, etc. The only downside is the street that goes directly past the house on the other side. It's not busy, but if, the cars come quickly. Caution is advised with small children.

A wonderful apartment with blinds!! With everything you need to make life. A terrace to enjoy a morning cafe where you will see go down and climb squirrels. The rooms are perfect. And the shower is a luxury, totally renovated. The location in wonderful zermatt without noise and a 2-minute walk from the meollo. Totally recommended and we would definitely come back. A charming and peaceful spot in Brunate. Carlo and his family are so friendly and welcoming, we cannot recommend this place enough. Located very high up, providing the most incredible views. Only a 5 minutes walk away from the funicular with easy access to Como, the bonus being that you can purchase your return ticket from Brunate, and on return from Como, do not queue in the huge line! Just walk straight into the station as you already have your ticket. The apartment is very well equipped and we loved the decor, an old Italian charm. The gardens are so well kept and you can see that Carlo really puts in a lot of effort. There are plenty of restaurants and places to have a drink in Brunate, we could not try them all but they are mainly very well rated. We would definitely return, we can imagine that in changing seasons the views are magnificent, We would especially love to return in Autumn. For us, we would not even consider staying in Como, Brunate is a far more relaxing escape!
