We had an amazing stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with great cafes nearby for breakfast. It was also next to a ton of green spaces in case you’re a jogger like me. The apartment was squeaky clean and the bed was very comfortable. AC/heating was super easy to use and the kitchen has everyone one would need. The host was very responsive and let us check in early, which was very kind. Thank you so much, we would absolutely stay again 🙃😁

O apartamento e ainda mais bonito pessoalmente, muito bem localizado, no bairro de Palermo Soho onde você poderá encontrar os melhores restaurantes e cafeterias e andar tranquilamente a pé à noite (mesmo para uma viajante solo como eu). Além de ter uma cozinha super equipada para preparar sua comida em um dia que não esteja com vontade de sair ou mesmo fazer seu próprio café da manhã em uma manhã fria e chuvosa. Azul e Nico são excelentes anfitriões, foram super atenciosos com meu check-in tardio e me ajudaram como uma limpeza extra, pois tive bastante dias de hospedagem. Super indico para quem está indo conhecer Buenos Aires, você estará na melhor região da cidade. Um grande abraço.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

Es un espacio súper bonito, muy bien cuidado, en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada. No nos faltó absolutamente nada. Fernando, muy amable, despejó las consultas que nos surgieron el primer día. Excelente todo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Definitivamente volvería :)

I am thrilled!!! I rented for a month and extended for another couple of weeks because I couldn't get enough of savouring the quiet and beauty of the place! My delight began with meeting Lau, a brilliant hostess who understands hospitality at the highest level! Tactful and courteous beyond praise! Even when I caused a bit of a problem due to my loud behaviour, she handled everything as tactfully and elegantly as possible! No rudeness or tension at all! Next, I was amazed by the cleanliness of the room itself, like in a hotel! And that's not an exaggeration! And it’s something really important for Argentina)) And what an amazing promenade for golden hour walks! Trust me it's worth it) I am satisfied with every peso I paid for this level of service, and was even willing to pay more) I suggest this apartment to everyone, who what’s to have a quite rest in a fairy tale)

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-designed property. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—while the apartment itself was both stylish and functional. What truly made our experience exceptional was our host, Alejandro. He was incredibly proactive, professional, flexible, and genuinely kind. He went out of his way to offer helpful advice, made us feel completely at home, and was always available whenever we needed anything. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Buenos Aires—and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful studio in Palermo with an unbeatable view. Perfect for a few days in the city. Great restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Close to the bus tour stop if you are touristing. Angie was responsive and super accommodating.

Fiquei extremamente satisfeita com minha estadia! O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos — muito limpo, bem cuidado e com uma vista maravilhosa que fez toda a diferença na experiência. A casa é super equipada, com todos os utensílios e comodidades que precisei durante a viagem. Dá pra ver que tudo foi pensado com carinho para o conforto dos hóspedes. Com certeza voltaria e recomendo para quem busca um lugar aconchegante, funcional e com uma vista de tirar o fôlego! Super quentinho! Único ponto mas que não atrapalhou em nada é que o chuveiro é baixo e meu marido era alto, mas não foi nada que atrapalhou.

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

What a great place to stay with an amazing location!

We had a lovely stay at Aude’s place. We felt right at home, though there is so much to do right outside the door. We loved the rooftop terrace and spent lots of time up there watching the sun and enjoying the beautiful weather. Highly, highly recommend this apartment. It was super safe and 4 minutes from plaza Serrano!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

Aníbal foi extremamente gentil, o apartamento era muito bem decorado e espaçoso, silencioso pois era de fundos, amigos meus alugaram apartamentos de frente e reclamaram de barulhos mas o nosso era muito silencioso. A localização era ótima. Recomendo.

Gente que anfitrião incrível ! Pessoa alto astral prestativo, gentil e muito gente boa . Tivemos o prazer de conhecê-lo pois ele faz questão de nos recepcionar. Explicou tudo e deu várias indicações sobre restaurantes , lugares e observações do que poderia ser perigo em alguns lugares depois de certo horário. Pessoas que se importa com seu bem estar realmente diferenciado. Parabéns Gabriel pelo hospedagem incrível ! Deus abençoe vc😊.

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

El edificio está ubicado a pocas cuadras de calle Corrientes y la Av. 9 de Julio. La nota saliente de este departamento es la vista impresionante de toda Buenos Aires desde el piso 18. Permite apreciar el amanecer y la puesta del sol. El personal de la entrada es respetuoso. Los anfitriones son muy atentos y amigables. La cocina, el baño, agua caliente, la calefacción, el televisor funcionaban perfecto. Recomiendo mucho la estadía en este departamento. Volvería.
