The place that Luis hosts is accommodating and centrally located that’s give it a great experience to walk the city. The staff are super nice and the loft is well thought out. The plunge pool + terrace is beautiful to relax day and night. We highly recommend others to stay here if they want a great experience 10/10!!

Great place to stay! Close to everything and very walkable, but still far enough away that it’s not too noisy. The location also felt secure and private. Our host, Josue, was very proactive and responsive whenever we had any questions.

What matters most to me when staying at a place is cleanliness and safety, and it certainly met both points. New mattresses, clean sheets and blankets, I didn't find any fault with this place. Very good value for money, highly recommended for a good rest.

I want to thank the gentleman who helped us get into the building—he was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. Although I didn’t catch his name as he was hearing impaired, his kindness truly stood out. The host was also very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again and will be recommending this place to friends and family.

Definitely my favourite airbnb experience so far. Rene is a brilliantly helpful, thoughtful and communicative host...definitely worthy of the superhost badge. The apartment was exactly as imagined, really well stocked kitchen and a thoughtfully designed space. Good wifi too. Easily walkable to centro with some good local restaurants, laundry nearby, local market 2 blocks away, big Chedraui supermarket across the main road and less noise than a very central location, perfect. The roof terrace is great and there are really lovely people staying in the building so excellent company for a solo traveller. Highly recommended.

The house is located in a quiet place and very close to downtown Oaxaca, about ten minutes away. There are supermarkets very close by, even on foot. The house is very comfortable, very nice stay, everything is very clean and we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended. My family and I had a great time

Jose and Eden are truly amazing hosts and very friendly and hospitable. They are very responsive whenever we have any question or issue. The house is spacious, clean, and as described. It is located within walking distance to the central part of the city, with on-site parking and a nice terrace. Beds are comfortable with AC in each bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay in Jose’s place and highly recommend it!

This is a very unique and special place to stay in Oaxaca. The location is perfect for getting into Central Oaxaca. It was wonderful to have the alfresco living in March when it was warm and we could use the dip pool every day. It was great to hang out by the pool upstairs and look out at the lights of Oaxaca in the evening and watch the sunrise in the morning. Damien was very fast to respond when we needed a ride to the airport and in general, we would absolutely rent this place again when we return. We found that the kitchen and the upstairs area provided ample group gathering places for our family. We really appreciate the loving restoration of the house and the traditional architectural details.

The house is as shown in the photos, it is very comfortable, it has all the facilities for young children, it is located in a very quiet area, there is no noise to rest after busy days, it is close to supermarkets and dairies, it has a garage and a service patio. Communication with Lucy was immediate. We'll definitely be back.

wonderful place. highly recommended. busy part of town so its conveniently close to centre. But quiet place off the street which helps contain the nighttime noise. furnishings are a little old so not very eye catching on the pictures but don't be deceived. it's a beautiful home. everything works. very clean. we felt right at home. layout is also enjoyable. beautiful plants as you enter Maria is a wonderful host. very friendly and helpful. she made us feel incredibly welcome. she also allowed us an early check in and let us leave our bags after check out which we were very grateful for I'd stay here again in a heartbeat

Leticia was an excellent host. Her love of Oaxaca is evident in her sharing all the things to do in this unique city. She provided a lot of information directly to her guests, which included, restaurant suggestions, landmarks to make sure are on your list, updating you of festivals occurring during your stay and details about the markets which offer something to everyone. We enjoyed our month stay at Andre’s…it was a peaceful & pleasant location…the place was clean & very well organized…we took cabs & buses to the historic center about 25 minute journey to the zocalo…there are many shops & restaurants in walking distance…thanks for providing a great place…we especially enjoyed winding down, enjoying the view from the upstairs terrace 😊

Very nice large bright apartment with 2 separate bedrooms. You can visit everything in Centro Histórico on foot. Very clean and exactly according to the photos. Moises is always available and takes care of everything when you call him. Otherwise, you are completely independent. Highly recommend 😊👍🏻

It's a beautiful, detailed place with a lot of good taste. We felt completely happy to be in such a beautiful house, which is downtown since we walked to the restaurants, and comfortable. Everything was excellent. I would gladly return. 10 out of 10
