Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet accommodation and located 3 blocks from the Church of San Felipe del Agua, it is a safe area, it is close to the Reforma colony and the center is a fifteen minute drive, it has a garage for two vehicles, 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, integral kitchen if you like to occupy for cooking, it has a terrace with a table with umbrella and chairs to enjoy the afternoon, and with a TV room with Netflix, Disney, among others.

The apartment is in the fourth floor of the building, so you have to go up several stairs but the reward will be the four beautiful views you can enjoy. The bedroom is small but comfortable, with spaces so you can unpack your belongings, the kitchen dining bar and sink are in open but covered areas (it overlooks the photographs) In the colony there are many grocery stores, a market, truck stop nearby and downtown the CD is 20 min away

Plumula is the first germinate of a seed. For me it was a great achievement to be able to build my own house. It is a very cozy and pleasant space for a person or couple. I hope the person who rents it treats it as their own and helps me keep it in good condition.
