The Ulloa House - Beachside Condo - Fabulous Views

Playa Del Paraiso is a Beach Front-high-rise complex near down town San Felipe, next to the Marina. Watch the boats come in by day and the city lights by night. The city can be seen from both bedrooms and living room. The property is guarded for your security. The pool is located right near the walkway to the sand. Building 1 is complete and fully functional, where our unit is. Building 2 is under construction, however, no construction is currently underway. Parking is free. No Pets.

An outdoor balcony area is framed by arched openings, offering views of the Sea of Cortez. A sprawling tiled floor extends underfoot, while the gentle curve of the white balustrade leads the eye towards the beach and distant mountains.

Elegant 2 suite condominium. La Ventana, gated community on the beach side of El Dorado Ranch. Newly remodeled. Updated fixtures and appliances. Just a short walk to the beach, Palapa bar and pool/hot tub, pickle ball courts!!
