Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Donato Milanese

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

This little house is beautiful, even better than the photos. Very large functional rooms, small garden, very pleasant where we ate in the evening. Very pleasant welcoming hosts. I highly recommend going there. Thank you again Roberta and Achille. We spent 3 relaxing days and what a beautiful region Lake Como is.

Great location, near public transport. A lot of good restaurants near by. Very clean and nice apartment. Aircondition was very efficient 🙂

Lovely place with a small balcony and easily accessible by metro. Unfortunately, a little light on soundproofing, but there were earplugs :)

We had a great stay in Milan! The apartment is in a great location, only a 15-20 minute walk from the Duomo and close Navigli. Ginevra was really helpful and sent clear instructions for check in. She was quick to respond to any queries we had. We would definitely recommend.

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

Broken washmachine was disappointment

I had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy and the space felt peaceful and well-maintained. It was also nice and bright during the day. I’d definitely stay here again!

Macro is always very helpful and accommodating. He gave us tons of useful information of the surroundings. Very responsive.

Apartment is really beautiful and modern. There is great pizza place literally across the street. 10min from metro station Corvetto. Salvatore is a great host; responded on all our messages and questions very fast. Definitely recommending this amazing place! 😀

10/10 and great host as well. So friendly, helpful and multilingual. Trust me, the space looks even nicer in person. There are bikes and scooters for rent nearby, which I highly recommend for transportation since Ubers are crazy expensive. Bonus points for giving us an extra AC for the second room and a local beer for us to try. This is truly the best Airbnb in Milan for the price.

Beautiful and cozy place! Very clean, calm with everything needed. The balcony is a plus. The A/C in both rooms is also very welcome when hot weather. Segrate is very nice with everything you need - coffee places, restaurants, gelateria... - Patrizia is fantastic, friendly and always responsive. I really recommend this place!

We stayed one night at Jacopo’s condo before an early flight, and it was perfect for our needs. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the LIN terminal — flat and easy, even with luggage. The condo is super clean, very modern, and thoughtfully designed, with fast WiFi, a spacious bedroom, and a luxurious bathroom with a giant soaking tub. The outdoor space was also a lovely touch. While there’s no kitchen or mini fridge, there is a kettle and a Nespresso machine (bring your own pods). The pullout sofa was comfortable and worked well for our third traveler. Jacopo’s communication was professional and prompt, which made everything seamless. This is a great spot for a short stay, especially for small families. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay in Milano. A tasteful and well designed space, we loved the little balcony and the community vibe it n the inner courtyard. It is close to the metro. We were able to walk many places from there and it is close to shops and restaurants.

Great! we arrived very late and left very early so i dont have much to add but check in was smooth and easy, place was well connected, nice place with complete kitchen- nice balcony as well. seemed like it would be a lovely place to stay for a few days if you want to see Milan, would defo recomend

Location is good, car can be parked on the street. Easy to enter (need to read instructions😀) I especially liked being able to wash our clothes with a quick 30min program. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the balcony in the morning. I recommend!

Perfect place to stay. Just outside busy tourism center, lots of nice restaurants and stores in area, very quiet. The place itself is lovely, immaculate, and there are excellent instructions for every appliance. Host is very responsive, there’s simply no downside to this apartment. A lovely place to stay.

Responsive and communicative host, lots of space in the flat, close to public transport, building has an elevator, would highly recommend
