Great modern spot, spacious safe with a comfy bed and a nice little patio out back.

It is a place that I recommend 100%. Its location is central, the area is very quiet, the apartment's spaces are what you need for a good stay, everything is very clean and matches the photos in the ad, but above all Luisa is an excellent host, she is always attentive to you, your arrival, making sure you are comfortable, she advises you with the plans you have, she is a sweetheart. I hope to return soon!

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

Great place for the price. It is a little inconvenient if you have a guest over due to no bathroom door. But other that that not a bad studio and very private and safe area

A place as described in the photos, plus a balcony overlooking the street, it has everything you need, microwave, coffee makers, extra sheets, Netflix, it just doesn't have a washing machine, in front there is a laundry... Rent this place if you don't mind the noise, since the only quiet day is on Sunday, but you can always hear the cars, motorcycles and keep in mind that there are a lot of people (gamin) around and it can be a little annoying... in the end it's a merchant area.

The accommodation was cozy, quiet and clean. The view of Medellin is incredible, we enjoyed it every night. The host is very friendly and gave us great recommendations. The place is perfect for those looking for a bit of tranquility in Medellin. Just be careful at night and take a taxi when the sun is down, because the neighborhood seems a little less safe at night, but no problem during the day.

I stayed 10 days and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet area, perfect for resting but close to everything you need. Right across the street there is a colmado (neighborhood store), which is super convenient to resolve anything quickly. Just a 5-minute walk away there is a square where we got everything, so there is nothing missing. By car you are only 15 minutes from Lleras Park and El Poblado, which are the most active and tourist areas of Medellín. In other words, close to the action but without the noise or chaos. The house is very well organized, comfortable and equipped with all the necessary utensils. Everything in perfect condition. The sheets, towels and others were clean and smelled good, which is very much appreciated. Care was noted in every detail. The price was fair for everything it offered and I didn't have any problems during my stay. In addition, the neighbors were super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

Loved my stay. I felt right at home . Bladimir was very helpful and gave me some good recommendations. The balcony is beautiful with the lights of Medellin at night. Honestly, I’m pretty critical of places that I stay. This is definitely on the top of my list. Claudia was very attentive to ensure that I was comfortable in her rental. There are a few other places here in Medellin that I really like and I must admit, this is one of them.
