Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

Judith and Tamara were excellent hosts. My flight was delayed and my significant other arrived before me. Tamara met her and helped her get settled in. I understand everything went very smoothly. The unit was as described. it was very clean. The Alcobendas neighborhood was very quiet. It is a ways from downtown Madrid so to do anything downtown requires a drive or an Uber. We chose this area partly because we needed to leave town frequently to travel to another nearby town where my daughter had been living. This was a good compromise. Yhere is a grocery store and some restaurants within walking distance.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Vin’s place and we thoroughly enjoyed it again. Great central location. Super terrace. Cozy, charming and clean. Quite a few stairs so not ideal for people who struggle with that. But great for those who don’t mind a walkup.

Located centrally in Madrid, Diego’s place was so easy to explore and get everywhere. He checked in to make sure things were good and the door lock system was super easy to work with. The place itself is beautiful and I loved hanging by the window and doing a bit of work or reading while people walked by in sunny Madrid.

We really enjoyed our stay and Pedro was wonderful to work with. Very friendly and responsive.

Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

Everything was perfect. Nieves and Bruno made us feel like we were at home. They gave us all the facilities and more, both at check-in and check-out. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, bright, clean, tidy, with exquisite decor and in a quiet neighborhood, it has everything. We can't be more grateful!

We had a lovely two-week stay in Madrid, using this apartment as our home base. Located right on Plaza Mayor, with lovely views out the doors and from the balcony, this is a fabulous location. We were concerned about noise being a problem, but it really just showed the life in the Plaza and was quiet by midnight. We opted to eat off the plaza most meals, as there are better options and more affordable (less touristy). Easy to get to many parts of Madrid from this location, whether by walking, catching the train/subway, or getting a taxi. The apartment is very nicely appointed with a great kitchen and living room. Beds and bathrooms were nice too. We highly recommend this for families and groups visiting Madrid!

The apartment is in a strategic and convenient area for everything, even on foot. It's super equipped: there's everything like at home. In addition, having two bathrooms was very convenient. Hosts were always attentive and caring. Highly recommended.

We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's treatment. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Quite convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight your attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we left. Recommended. The apartment is on the third floor of a beautiful residential complex, with a doorman both late at night when we arrived, and early in the morning, when we left; the apartment is suitable for four people, with two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Just outside the residential complex is the bus stop for number 20 that goes to the center (Plaza del Sol); and 350 meters away, there is the subway stop (Conde de Casal) to get to any part of Madrid. Francisco was very helpful and attentive to our requests and, among other things, speaks Italian well.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Vincente is wonderful! His flat is safe and cozy with tons of space and everything you could need. The patio was so peaceful to enjoy coffee in the morning. The location is walkable to many things including the metro. One of the few flats with AC- yay!

Nice to stay there. The house is small but has everything you can expect. For me, details like coffee or baking paper or albal give me an idea of what they want to offer you, they want you to be comfortable and not miss anything. Mercedes was very friendly and the pool is a very nice addition. We'll be back.

Studio well located within the Letras area. Walkable to many historic sites, restaurants, tapas bars, shopping, among others. Apartment is comfortable for 2 persons with ample kitchen, living and bathroom area.

We stayed in this apartment at the end of June 2025 and we are very happy. Both the building and the apartment are very clean. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The air conditioning is only in the living room, but it is also well distributed for the bedroom. Optimal location for getting around, but also in silence to rest at night in peace. The neighborhood is beautiful and has all the necessary services. Beautiful beautiful beautiful
