Our 60 m2 studio is located in the Adelfas neighbourhood, in the Retiro district of Madrid, about 30 minutes from the city centre by public transport. The flat is bright and has a small balcony where you can enjoy sunny breakfasts and relaxing moments. We are between Puente de Vallecas (350 m) and Pacífico (450 m) metro stops. Pacífico (450 m): ideal for visiting Madrid. Besides, the Retiro Park is only 20 minutes walking distance away! For 2 guests, here you will have an unbeatable stay.

Apartment in a very good location

Recently renovated apartment, very good location, just 1 stop from ATOCHA train station and 2 stops from SOL train station. Shopping Center 3 streets, supermarkets, bars, shops around the apartment. The apartment has heating and air conditioning. Smoking and parties are forbidden. It is my usual home, so you have to respect the basic rules of coexistence and not disturb the neighbors.
