We felt incredibly comfortable with Rosario! Even before our arrival we had contact and so received the exact directions: with the metro in Madrid no problem at all!!! Location is pleasant and quiet. Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity guarantee a supply of everything. The house itself is WONDERFUL!!! Everything was exactly as described and was perfectly equipped! From shower gel to body lotion and toothpaste (and brushes), a fully equipped kitchen with EVERYTHING you need. Welcome drinks, butter, jam, milk, ham (in the fridge) and cakes and pastries (including plenty of coffee capsules); spices, olives, tuna … I can't even list everything! Excursion tips and a quick guide for all devices in the house as well as a plan of the metro! Everything there! The contact for questions was always lightning-fast and super likeable! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back!!!

We had a terrific stay at Adelaida’s … leafy, peaceful & quiet. Easy walk to Casa de Campo which has a wonderful cafe/restaurant. We enjoyed the walk through the park to get to the Metro, which is an easy way to get to see the sights of Madrid. We would highly recommend people to stay there.

Great quiet chalet located outside of the city center— close to the metro station making it easy to go to the city! Nacho was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for our group of 6.

A very good option to stay in Madrid. Basyar is charming, we asked for an extra set of keys and they made it for us without a problem. Lovely and I would definitely stay again.

This is a great spot, quiet and tucked away but only 5-6 mins walk to the Metro (and the station is right by a Colombian bakery….great empanadas !). Very comfortable and well equipped home. Barbara and her co-hosts were so helpful with airport pick up tips, local restaurant recommendations etc - she and her team made everything really easy. We’d love to return….

We had a wonderful stay at Hellen and Matya’s place. The location is easy to find and short walk from metro stop, with a supermarket nearby. The place is really beautiful, with lots of light. Everything worked perfectly inside, great shower too. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, gave us clear instructions for checking in and out and made us feel welcome.

Four of us stayed happily at this house. The house itself and the location were perfect. We would happily return.

We stayed two nights at Cristina's place and would definitely come back again. The apartment was really comfortable and clean, and Cristina had put in lots of thoughtful details. The location is great: close to the subway and a bus to the airport, and next to a beautiful park. Thanks very much!

The apartment was very practical for us, we arrived easily and we were able to keep the car throughout the stay since the connection with the center is very good with the subway. Everything was right, clean and ready to use, with lots of kitchenware. A pleasant atmosphere thanks to the heating that worked perfectly. We didn't use it because of the weather, but we saw that it also had air conditioning on both floors. It has a terrace that would have been great, but the weather was not good and the rain prevented us from using it. I think it's important to note that not all the windows have blinds, so light comes in at dawn. This, depending on your taste, can be a point for or against, but I think it's important to know.

The unit was in a great location! It was very walkable to numerous restaurants, city attractions, and the Metro. The unit was as described and clean when we arrived. Clara was very responsive and provided helpful maps and local recommendations. I would recommend this host and unit for future stays.

Nice apartment near the city and with many nice bakeries and cafes in the street. Bus 9 is perfect to commute. The facilities are top notch and love the patio. The apartment is modern and well equipped. Just the entry system lock and app is not really convenient.

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Wonderful apartment, very clean, in a very quiet place and close to Madrid . Clean, everything is done to be welcomed . A mercadona is next door , you can walk there. Close to restaurants! tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Perfect place to visit Madrid. Helena and Ra are attentive and respond to all your requests. Metro 5 is at the foot of the accommodation and gives access to the whole city in less than an hour for the most distant destinations. The bedroom and bedding are very comfortable and allow a restful night's sleep after a full day of sightseeing. There are many restaurants at affordable prices nearby. The amenities are functional and meet the essential needs. We'll be happy to go back.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.
