We had a very nice stay in the apartment! The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was just what we were looking for in Tenerife. It's a very central location near the market and lots of shopping and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and we'd stay there again.

The location is ideal, hard to beat. You're really right in the the center. All shopping is actually available 24/7. The apartment is also in a clean and well-maintained condition. Air conditioning/heating is available. Although the heating is hardly usable, even in January. Since the apartment is located directly on a road, you logically hear the garbage collection at night... otherwise really highly recommended. I'll definitely be back soon :)!

We stayed at Kasia's apartment for 4 weeks. Super location, quiet and spacious apartment with large terrace. Unfortunately, the amenities are already quite old and in need of renovation. The kitchen is equipped only with the bare essentials, IKEA-like furnishings, one dish towel for a 4-week stay! There was no replacement bed linen. The mattress in the guest room needs to be replaced urgently. The deck chairs are also prepared makeshift for the next guests and almost fall apart when adjusted. When using the shower, it takes some patience, low water pressure. Too bad the great apartment is not better maintained. For the proud rent of the apartment, which will obviously be significantly increased again in 2026, you could expect a little more comfort. We will be back in Paradis in Tenerife, but another apartment.

We had the most fabulous stay! The apartment is really beautiful, immaculately clean and well furnished with everything you need. The balcony is huge with lovely comfortable sun loungers, good quality furniture and the sun shines from morning until evening and has great views. Noelia is a fantastic host very friendly and responsive. We had the most relaxing holiday and we did not want to leave this beautiful place! We will be booking again just as soon as we can! Amazing stay, stunning views 😍

This was our third stay within these apartments (first in Julieta). They are beautiful- in a lovely location with amazing views. It was well equipped for cooking and looked like the photos. You do need a car for the location, but it is a great spot to start if you want to then drive to the many walks across the island, or if you want to drive down to the beaches. It is an easy walk into La oratava for dinners etc. Check in and out was very easy. Overall lovely stay. Thank you so much.

What about a splendid apartment, a very clean and very functional Bomboniera. We found everything and more than what you need in a place,the terrace is a gem. Great.

We were able to check in early and check out late. Great communication with Jan, Tatiana and Irena. Jan met us and showed us the apartment. A bottle of wine and water on the table in the living room was a nice touch. The apartment had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Easy to park Car in a public parking lot by the apartment. The heated pool is spacious and there were always available sunbeds. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We had a great stay! Here's a very positive review proposal based on what you gave me: --- We had a great time in this apartment in a great location, very close to San Andrés, with all amenities at your fingertips. The apartment is quiet and offers a superb terrace with stunning views of the sea, the mountain and the village. The beautiful beach of Las Teresitas is very close, which is a real plus. Check-in and check-out are completely self-contained, which greatly simplifies the organization. We would definitely recommend this place.

The AirBnB was as described. Very beautiful and according to his rustic character. The view is beautiful and we always enjoyed sitting under the gazebo. Jose is very friendly and happy to help. The bathroom is relatively small but is sufficient. We can only recommend Jose and his hospitality.

Thank you for a great stay - this is a lovely apartment from which to explore the island. We loved the views from the balconies - especially seeing Teide on a clear day! The shared pool/garden area is gorgeous. Easy parking area too Would recommend!

We felt very comfortable. Car is definitely necessary. Good starting point for trips to the Mount Mount National Park. A beautiful terrace; however, we had rain and wind from time to time for the first 2 days and could therefore not use it as there is unfortunately no covered and wind-protected area. Otherwise, we were very satisfied ☺️🌸
