Had a lovely stay at Noto Villa. The villa is spacious, with two cosy double bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a large living room. The pool area is fantastic, with palm trees providing natural shade, but you can still catch plenty of sun if you want. We were warmly welcomed by Livia, who was very kind and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was also some food and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The owners live above, so while they were respectful of privacy, we did notice a bit of noise here and there. We also had an unannounced visit from the gardener one day. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure, and there were lots of towels, including for the pool. You’ll need a car (ideally 4x4) as there aren’t any attractions within walking distance from the villa. Noto city centre is about 12 min away by car, and parking is convenient near the city centre. Ragusa is about 1h drive via E45. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of minor things to keep in mind!

It was a wonderful time at Mariangela's! The house is lovingly and beautifully decorated, really cozy! For cooking, there is everything you need and we could even wash our laundry there. The atmosphere is unique, the tranquility that the place radiates and the view from the terrace breathtaking! All round, a perfect stay! Mariangela is a warm, considerate, nice host. We would love to come back - thank you for the wonderful time!

LOVED this spot! Super stylish and chic, my husband and I truly enjoyed spending time in this space. Fully stocked kitchen and a pleasure to cook at home. Laundry machine, dishwasher, big comfy bed, everything you could need. Walkable to the main attractions. Book it!!!! Don’t delay!

Great Villa, peaceful location in country side. 30-40 minute to Syracuse. Nearest village town Noto and Avila. Local shops. Pool was great but we went when weather still cold so,, chill water but kids did went in. Not villa fault. if you want use pool, book later from May when its practically usable. Rooms: comfy beds, modern toilets. TV in both rooms. very helpful responsive team who run this villa for someone else. Have to mention few things: may not be negative but practical and also a feedback The place was easy to find but we reached late night. Best to travel in daylight. My initial experience was dramatic, gate couldn't open, latch was rusty and couldn't open so have to jump inside to open. After this we went in,,, pitch black as we arrived late,,, I agree but there were no sensor lights, nothing. On entering the villa: Strong moisture, musty smell in a house, as not been used or opened for some time. too much clutter in lounge, old vintage furniture - good if u like.
