Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in San Clemente State Beach

Excellent and well appointed unit. King size bed was great, mattresses comfortable. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen had everything needed. Ground floor with zero steps was nice.

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Nicole was an excellent host, who promptly replied to any questions we had. The bnb was in a great location with plenty of restaurants around as well as local coffee and pastry shops. Everything was as the pictures described, thank you for a great stay!

Maxime's apartment was incredible, extremely clean and with wonderful amenities in the building. I do appreciated the last minute accommodations at such a late hour. Downtown LA is not the best area in general but Maxime's apartment is a little piece of heaven amongst the chaos of downtown area.

Very nice place. Troy was extremely helpful. He made videos of instructions, which make it easy to find the place and get around. It was one of the best places for our family vacation.

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

Michaela and Jake’s place is a wonderful deal in the South Bay area and is very comfortable and fun. The condo itself is quite nice and the HOA had started a major painting project that will upgrade the complex overall. The two swimming pools were absolutely pristine. Our family enjoyed swimming and soaking in the hot tub. The owners were quickly responsive to any of our needs/issues that arose. I always place high value on being able to communicate easily with owners. They are excellent hosts.

Firstly the apartment is lovely with all the amenities one could possibly hope for. Ali as a host is lovely, very helpful and responsive with answers to any queries. Couldn’t recommend this space enough.

My family and I had a great time at John's place. Peaceful, with everything a family may need to enjoy a mini-vacation. With beautiful surroundings and close to grocery stores and the beach.

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

This place matches the pictures exactly as listed on the Airbnb site. Rosie is very responsive; she provided us with information on local attractions and brought us additional heaters when we mentioned that the room was a bit too cold for us. She also allowed us to check in earlier, which made our day much easier. The golf cart that came with the rental is a must-have. Since the gated community does not allow rental golf carts inside, we were glad to have our own. It made it much easier to come in and out of the community, which is a bit too far to walk, especially when carrying groceries. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of condiments and plates, making it feel like home. I would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for making our trip wonderful!

This was our second trip to Catalina but our first time staying in Hamilton Cove. We will definitely come back. The location has so many amenities but downtown is still easily accessible by golf cart. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and private beach. Trevor’s place had all of the sports equipment you might need which was really nice and the view is stunning.

Rebecca is a wondeful host! The condo is super clean and made me feel right at home. The artsy environment gave off a calming vibe. restaurants, coffee shops and more all within a 10 minute walk. I can't wait to book my next stay here.

Jennings’ home was exactly as shown and perfect for our relaxing stay. The location was great, the house was well decorated, very clean, and had fantastic amenities. There’s an iPad that controls everything in the home, including the temperature of the hot tub, which we enjoyed every evening. Lori (co-host) was very proactive and pleasant. We felt well looked-after and appreciated the lovely welcome basket and hand written card. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

Jay’s place was cozy and comfortable. The children settled right in with the ping-pong table and other entertainment. The area seemed quiet and safe. Check-in and check-out were easy. Jay was a great host and very responsive.

Daniel N Emily’s place was perfect for an Easter weekend reunion of our children and their young families. The house was clean, large enough to ensure nobody felt cramped for space and all of the assessors needed for the kitchen and bathrooms were available and in great shape. The communication before taking residence was personable and professional. The owners are very understanding and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for our family and their three day visit. My wife and I would recommend this property if you have a large group and are looking for a safe and centralized location near everything you may wish to do in the Carlsbad area. I highly recommend this place! Dale was very communicative and was willing to let us go in early to decorate for our friend’s birthday. Whenever we had questions he’d always be available to answer. The place was very nice as well and it had a nice view from the second floor! Would definitely book another time !

This is a great place to stay for whatever kind of trip you are taking! The location is convenient whether you want to go to the mountains or the beach or LA! The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. You are in close driving distance to go to any stores that you might need to go to, and there’s also plenty of places that deliver whether it’s for food or groceries. The inside had all the amenities that we needed and it was clean and comfortable. But the crowning jewel is the private outdoor space! It felt like being in our own secluded hideaway where we could just sit and enjoy the sun and the breeze and the beautiful plants and the hot tub! It was so relaxing and regenerating. There’s also a very nice workout area and some fun games there. I highly recommend this location and when we go back, we will be staying there.
