Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in San Clemente State Beach

Excellent and well appointed unit. King size bed was great, mattresses comfortable. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen had everything needed. Ground floor with zero steps was nice.

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Nicole was an excellent host, who promptly replied to any questions we had. The bnb was in a great location with plenty of restaurants around as well as local coffee and pastry shops. Everything was as the pictures described, thank you for a great stay!

Maxime's apartment was incredible, extremely clean and with wonderful amenities in the building. I do appreciated the last minute accommodations at such a late hour. Downtown LA is not the best area in general but Maxime's apartment is a little piece of heaven amongst the chaos of downtown area.

Very nice place. Troy was extremely helpful. He made videos of instructions, which make it easy to find the place and get around. It was one of the best places for our family vacation.

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

Alles, wirklich alles an dieser Unterkunft war perfekt 💯 Unsere Teeni Tochter hatte oben ihr eigenes Reich und das Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer war groß genug um mit einem 1,5 jährigen drin zu schlafen. Die Küche war ein Traum. Viele gesunde Basics waren vorhanden (Ghee, Avocadoöl, etc) Wir haben uns von der 1. Sekunde super wohl gefühlt und waren echt traurig nach 11 Nächten schon gehen zu müssen. Wir sind oft mit dem Buggy runter zum Pier gelaufen (15min), einfach ein Traum. Außerdem war es außergewöhnlich sauber. Die ganze Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem ist es toll und gemütlich 🥰 Gym ist auch völlig ausreichend. Michela hat uns auch ungefragt tolle Weihnachts Tipps für die Region geschrieben. Und sowieso war die Kommunikation mit Michela, Jake und auch Jerry total unkompliziert. Danke für alles 🫶🏼 Wenn es passt kommen wir definitiv wieder.

Firstly the apartment is lovely with all the amenities one could possibly hope for. Ali as a host is lovely, very helpful and responsive with answers to any queries. Couldn’t recommend this space enough.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich in der in Los Angeles zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und ordentlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

My family and I had a great time at John's place. Peaceful, with everything a family may need to enjoy a mini-vacation. With beautiful surroundings and close to grocery stores and the beach.

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

This place matches the pictures exactly as listed on the Airbnb site. Rosie is very responsive; she provided us with information on local attractions and brought us additional heaters when we mentioned that the room was a bit too cold for us. She also allowed us to check in earlier, which made our day much easier. The golf cart that came with the rental is a must-have. Since the gated community does not allow rental golf carts inside, we were glad to have our own. It made it much easier to come in and out of the community, which is a bit too far to walk, especially when carrying groceries. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of condiments and plates, making it feel like home. I would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for making our trip wonderful!

We'd stay at Trevor's place again in a heartbeat! The views are absolutely incredible. The unit is super nice—way better than the photos. It's very clean and nice with ocean views out every window (and from both beds!). Kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook dinner and grill out each night. We stayed for 5 nights and our kids slept on the pull-out couch (the living room has black out blinds). They loved the pool, hot tub, and golf cart rides. The golf cart does have seatbelts so we were able to secure our car seat easily. We love Catalina and staying in Hamilton Cove really takes it up about ten notches! You just can't beat the panoramic views and pool and hot tub on the ocean. It was super easy to hail a cab from the dock and call to get one to pick us up and take us back to the boat. 1000% recommend! Trevor is also super responsive if you have any questions!

Rebecca is a wondeful host! The condo is super clean and made me feel right at home. The artsy environment gave off a calming vibe. restaurants, coffee shops and more all within a 10 minute walk. I can't wait to book my next stay here.

Our family has stayed here several times now! Christopher is a phenomenal host and this home is consistently our favorite place to stay. Great proximity to everything Cali has to offer and very prompt responses from host. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Jennings’ home was exactly as shown and perfect for our relaxing stay. The location was great, the house was well decorated, very clean, and had fantastic amenities. There’s an iPad that controls everything in the home, including the temperature of the hot tub, which we enjoyed every evening. Lori (co-host) was very proactive and pleasant. We felt well looked-after and appreciated the lovely welcome basket and hand written card. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

Jay’s place was cozy and comfortable. The children settled right in with the ping-pong table and other entertainment. The area seemed quiet and safe. Check-in and check-out were easy. Jay was a great host and very responsive.

Daniel N Emily’s place was perfect for an Easter weekend reunion of our children and their young families. The house was clean, large enough to ensure nobody felt cramped for space and all of the assessors needed for the kitchen and bathrooms were available and in great shape. The communication before taking residence was personable and professional. The owners are very understanding and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for our family and their three day visit. My wife and I would recommend this property if you have a large group and are looking for a safe and centralized location near everything you may wish to do in the Carlsbad area. I highly recommend this place! Dale was very communicative and was willing to let us go in early to decorate for our friend’s birthday. Whenever we had questions he’d always be available to answer. The place was very nice as well and it had a nice view from the second floor! Would definitely book another time !

This is a great place to stay for whatever kind of trip you are taking! The location is convenient whether you want to go to the mountains or the beach or LA! The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. You are in close driving distance to go to any stores that you might need to go to, and there’s also plenty of places that deliver whether it’s for food or groceries. The inside had all the amenities that we needed and it was clean and comfortable. But the crowning jewel is the private outdoor space! It felt like being in our own secluded hideaway where we could just sit and enjoy the sun and the breeze and the beautiful plants and the hot tub! It was so relaxing and regenerating. There’s also a very nice workout area and some fun games there. I highly recommend this location and when we go back, we will be staying there.
