The house is huge, bigger than what you see in photos. It is ideal for families like Campanelli 😅 who want to share a vacation together. There is grill, there is Lavarropas, the super equipped kitchen. It's a 10! We had a great time 👌👌👌 Martin was very attentive and always looked after very well. 100% Recommended

The house in the chacra is dreamed of. For lovers of privacy, tranquility, the sea and the sounds of nature, it is the ideal space. It offers incredible views, for its oceanfront location and, as if it were not enough, the lagoon and pool illuminated, they finish completing the concept. For the discerning ones we love the kitchen, the equipment is perfect. The quality of the tableware/kitchen instruments/ appliances, all super complete added to the bedding, linen, sommiers, the cleanliness of each space, and still the smell of new home and wood, make the experience very enjoyable. The landlords are loving, well predisposed and very respectful. To take into account, the house is located within a chacras field, where there are 60 more houses, but the location of this brand new construction, is away from the rest and makes you feel all the exclusivity and privacy, in the middle of nature. We felt at home. We'll be back soon.

Beautiful house, comfortable and easily accessible. you can walk to the center of San Bernardo which we did daily and walking to the beach access. a beautiful patio and the super spacious house we were with our two pets and everything was perfect. Paola is super attentive to our needs, a love. Just like the housekeeper was attentive and kind.

A white-walled exterior is complemented by wooden shutters and a tiled entrance. A tall tree provides shade, with colorful poles leaning against the wall. The entrance leads into an inviting open space, framed by a large window.

Communication with Daniel was very good at all times. Contactless check-in and checkout, with a key exchange system, made check-in and checkout super practical. The house is just like the description and photos, we were 4 adults and 1 small child, and quietly 2 adults came in more comfortably. The location is very good, 1 block from the beach and 2 or 3 of the most central blocks. The linens were also new. Even though we were touched by cold days (4th or 5th at night), the bed cover and heating were more than enough. The DirecTV service worked perfectly and the cable internet service is approx. 10Mbps as well. I recommend the house and surely when I return to Costa del Este, I will go back to Daniel's.

The photos don't do Guada's space justice. Guada and her mother are lovely and did all they could to make sure we had a good stay. We felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. The house is great, really well equiped kitchen (although no sharp knives or salt/pepper or oil). Bed linen and towels provided were good quality and the beds were hard but comfortable. The best thing is the garden and pool which are magical. And how close to the sea the house is. The beach is wide and with soft sand, although very windy (as all the beaches are on this part of the coast). Guada lent us games to play on the beach and had parasols to borrow too. The kid's room had toys and the pool had a fence around it, so well suited to children staying. There is a small supermarket at the end of the road, a local restaurant with good local food, a bakery 2 blocks away, and the churreria is the best we've ever tried. I hope we do visit again. Muchas gracias por todo Guada!

A very quiet, cozy, and secluded stay. Ideal for families with young children or for those who want to work in peace and solitude. Excellent internet, by the way. However, it's best to stock up on groceries on the way – the nearest store is 17 kilometers away.

The place is exactly as shown in the photo. The interior is very nice. It would be missing maintenance in the outdoor space and a green space to be outdoors. The Mr. in charge of receiving us very attentive and predisposed. Claudia, the host, responds right away. You can walk to the beach and downtown.

Our stay in Costa Del Este was excellent. Alejandra is an excellent host and her home is lovely. Everything was as described and the property is excellent for a relaxing beach vacation. Nestled under tall pines and on a quiet street made for very relaxing afternoons sitting outside.

Very comfortable house, spacious, everything as advertised. The beds have sheets and bath towels, you have to take the ones from the beach. It has all amenities. Nice neighborhood for a family group. We were walking to the beach with the kids, but if you were loaded you can get into the beach with the car. We knew in front that we had to bring supplies and went for a walk to the Pinamar super who has everything or to new Atlantis to buy firewood, but if you're organized, there's no need to go out. It's a place of much nature and to rest, take home and look at the sea. The host was in constant contact with us so that we are not missing anything. We forgot a removable disc, and the same day he mailed it to our home. We are very grateful for the beautiful stay. Thank you Magdalena.

We arrived much later than expected, but since the hostess lives in a neighboring triplex, she opened and made up for us easily and without problems. The house was warm, water and all the essentials were available. We were glad that Maria warned us about the lack of toilet paper and soap, we took them with us as we stayed only for 2 nights.

Our experience at Milagros and Yanina's house was wonderful, the house is beautiful and very cozy, the environment is very nice and quiet, we really felt right at home. It was our first vacation with our little dog Vico and the choice of place could not have been more perfect !!! Yanina is super nice and was attentive to any concerns!!!! I highly recommend it, we had a wonderful vacation !!!!

It was a pleasure to stay at the Costa del Este house. We were greeted by Julián who gave us precise instructions. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. The house was in good condition, it has an alarm, the pool is heated, the environment is natural with a lot of grove and the neighborhood is very quiet. There were many ants, we understand that it is a characteristic of the area. The road to the beach is accessible and nice to see. We were comfortable and enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful house, with many amenities. Clean, cozy, conveniently located. The neighborhood is very quiet and access to the beach is easy, walking or driving. Hosts are very attentive to all our needs would recommend it to me to recommend it.
