An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. It is suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo, standing at 3,168 meters. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon. For those who cannot climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A stone’s throw from meadows, woods, ski lifts and ski slopes (2 min), and the most beautiful walks in the region! The apartment is on the second floor of Ciasa Franz - La Vita è Bella. Below, you’ll find Da La Vedla bar and pizzeria, cozy bars for aperitifs, excellent restaurants, and a small shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy, and useful shops. Free private parking is available onsite.

Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.
