Excelente lugar con excelente ubicación, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Zona privada, muy tranquila y familiar, además de segura. La casa estaba súper limpia , todas las habitaciones impecables, al igual que los baños y el patio. La alberca climatizada agrega mucho valor y se disfruta bastante. Sin duda, nos hospedaremos aquí de nuevo. Además, la anfitriona respondía casi de inmediato a las dudas que teníamos, y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones de lugares para visitar y actividades para realizar.

Excelente nos encantó hospedarnos ahí, la casa muy cómoda y bastante grande, todos dormimos muy cómodos

My stay at Francisco’s lovely upstairs apartment is exactly as described and in excellent condition. It is located upstairs with a private entrance and a gigantic tiled courtyard which also for your private use only. Windows on every wall with a 360 degree view. (you can see the sea, a brilliant blue color) 2 super comfortable beds and kitchen perfectly outfitted with dishes, coffee station and medium size refrigerator for my minimalist needs. Bottled water, and recommendations for events and restaurants from my hosts was appreciated since I was new to the area. The surroundings are beautiful, and I walked around the private, gated small neighborhood of Costa del Mar to the nearby beach each day for spectacular views especially at sunrise, when the water is smooth as glass also the sunset. There is a friendly dog on site. There are 3 beachside restaurants offering live music every night which are an easy 10 minute walk. Francisco’s yard is entirely fenced and I felt secure in

A perfect place to stay, very beautiful views and it’s only 5 min from the beach and restaurants!! The house feels like home, I only recommend cleaning the dust a little better, besides that, it’s a 10 out of 10

Carol's place was wonderful. Nice amenities, great location, beautiful views. Not a short walk to the beach though (25 min). and shower wasn't hot (like warm). But, even with these aspects, we would stay again!

The place was incredible! The pool and view from the deck across the marina bay is spectacular! Watching the boats going in/out of the bay is so entertaining. The accommodations were clean, organized and very comfortable. Each room had its own bathroom which helped a lot with 6 adults. Tim was very accommodating and helpful. The agua unit provided a bigger deck for outdoor eating vs the fuego unit; the Agua was worth the upgrade. But both units are super as they have the same number of bathrooms and bedrooms. If you have a lager group, rent both! Our family of (6) had the place to ourselves in the Agua. I appreciate that Tim doesn’t rent both units to different families. Access to the private small beach was nice to enjoy the ocean without having to leave the area. It’s a gated community therefore more secure.

Un lugar sumamente agradable y tranquilo, perfecto para convivir y relajarte en compañía de amigos o familiares. Cada rincón de la casa es muy disfrutable, y Bryan siempre fue atento y muy amable, recomendado sin dudas.

Great place, awesome pool with a palapa roof, peaceful and relaxing with a great view.

Marie’s apartment and island of paradise was a nice retreat after a long day in the boatyard. And she’s a great host. Feels more like a friend!! Highly recommend. Though, I will say, if you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. The second floor is more of a loft with a ladder like stair system and there’s a low bridge getting into the shower/bathroom. Otherwise, wide open. And it is a very secure place in a truly Mexican part of town.

La casa estaba súper amplia, cómoda y limpia. El área común y la alberca igual muy grande, mucho espacio al aire libre y súper padre porque solo se comparte con otra casa. Dulce fue muy amable, siempre al pendiente de cualquier cosa. En resumen excelente anfitriona y la casa en muy buena ubicación, lejos del ruido de las calles, la casa súper cómoda, tranquila. Te sientes como en tu propia casa :) Gracias!

Beautiful home, nice & spacious. Beds were comfortable, area was nice and safe. This place had all the essentials you need for a vacation. Host is responsive and attentive. Thank you for your stay Ron ! Highly recommend, we enjoyed our vacation, especially at this big gorgeous home, it was very peaceful.
