Clean, well equipped, safe neighborhood, good wifi. Looks out on the back of the sailboat storage yard with the mountains beyond. Not a lot of windows, but a nice patio area. Good communications from Carlos.

Nice and beautiful place, we really liked the decoration, everything was clean and tidy, Selene was very helpful and kind… I absolutely recommend it and we will stay there again on our next visit to San Carlos

The place was incredible! The pool and view from the deck across the marina bay is spectacular! Watching the boats going in/out of the bay is so entertaining. The accommodations were clean, organized and very comfortable. Each room had its own bathroom which helped a lot with 6 adults. Tim was very accommodating and helpful. The agua unit provided a bigger deck for outdoor eating vs the fuego unit; the Agua was worth the upgrade. But both units are super as they have the same number of bathrooms and bedrooms. If you have a lager group, rent both! Our family of (6) had the place to ourselves in the Agua. I appreciate that Tim doesn’t rent both units to different families. Access to the private small beach was nice to enjoy the ocean without having to leave the area. It’s a gated community therefore more secure.

The location is privileged to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the surroundings. The apartment is as shown in the photos, it is comfortable and has the necessary amenities and privacy. The host was always attentive to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The complex staff and neighbors were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend the place. We hope to return soon!

The place is beautiful, very spacious, very nice decor and with great view. Alexandra is attentive to what you need. I recommend arriving by car, because ubers are scarce in the city or do not accept the trip to the area easily.

I would definitely stay here again, an excellent accommodation, it is close to the main places. Easy access and you can find an Oxxo on foot, it's almost next to the complex. Everything was super clean, it exceeded my expectations. The pool is large, it is not warm but the jacuzzi is warm. The person who gave us the keys was super friendly and answered quickly if we had any questions.
