We found Bill's place very comfortable and conveniently located. Bill was nice enough to let us in an hour early so that we could start our family visit. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and services.

Miranda was a great host! The house was super nice, check in was simple, and she also contacted us ASAP to notify us about something we had left behind. Overall great stay and host :)

Home Away from Home! This place truly feels like my second home. The hosts think of everything, making sure I have everything I need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is impressive, and the space is beautifully maintained. The location is perfect, with a brand-new coffee shop literally within walking distance - it's become my morning go-to! I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in this area; this place has set the bar high. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot. I'll be back!" 5/5 stars

Susanna and John were wonderful hosts—very warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The garden was absolutely lovely and peaceful, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here in June 2025 and loved it. The space was great, private and safe with amenities close. It was easy to get into San Francisco, San Jose, and anywhere else and there was a Caltrain station close if you wanted mass transit. Dan was very responsive to our few questions and requests. The house was very clean when we arrived, had three good sized bedrooms, a great kitchen and open family space, and a nice deck overlooking the interstate, South San Francisco, and the San Francisco Bay. Our family of five fit nicely in the space and will gladly stay here again if we come back to the area.

Clean, quiet and easy to get to! A perfect location for spending the day in SF or Half Moon Day and a quick 15 minutes to the airport. Was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Donna’s place! The unit was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Towels were thick and fluffy. It’s only a short walk to a couple of supermarkets and Burlingame Avenue, which is full of restaurants and shops. At night, it was quiet. The unit is up on the second floor, so you’ll have to be able to carry your own luggage up the stairs, but this was not an issue for me. Overall, this a is an impeccably maintained vintage unit, and it was a treat to stay there.

Eric has created a lovely space in an ideal location. From a super easy check-in to a super comfy bed, this place was a winner. Downtown San Mateo is a short walk and has everything you need. I would stay again!

Lovely stay in a peaceful neighborhood We had such a great time staying here! The place is cozy and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is super quiet and beautiful — perfect for relaxing. The host was wonderful: very friendly and always quick to help with anything. The backyard was a real highlight for us — it’s full of safe and fun things for a toddler, including a slide, a sandbox, and plenty of space to run and play. Our child absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave! We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend.

Emma was extremely responsive and very pleasant and kind to deal with. She had helpful photos of the home and where to enter, including door codes, as well as helpful labels throughout the home! I was impressed with her organization and response time! The fridge went out while we were there, despite being brand new, and Emma refunded us for the groceries we bought that went bad, which I was very happy with. I did think there were two beds in the one bedroom based on the photos, but realized if I had paid more attention I would have known it was the same bed with different blankets. This photo did throw me off. Otherwise, the home is very much as advertised. The area is very safe and walkable with a gorgeous park across the street with lots to do, and great access to multiple forms of transportation. It is also within half an hour of the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, China Town, and other tourist attractions. We had a fantastic trip and would love to come back!

Ted’s place was exactly what my mom needed for a quick two-night recharge after helping me drive across the country. The panoramic ocean view greeted her each morning, and the dedicated parking spot made coming and going stress-free. We loved that she could stroll to nearby grocery stores, cafés, and convenience shops in just a few minutes—no car required. Add in the most deluxe Keurig coffee machine I’ve ever seen, and you have a cozy hideaway that feels miles from San Francisco’s bustle while still being close to everything. Recommend!

Nice cozy place and good location.

Lovely place in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Amazing views if you walk two blocks north. You can walk to the Lyon steps which has lovely views of the bay and stunning homes surrounding it . Fillmore St has a lot of shops and restaurants and is a fairly flat walk from the apartment. Get a croissant at La Boulange on Pine St. absolutely fabulous.

An absolutely beautiful, well appointed, and maintained home. It was a fabulous place to be for our vacation. The mattresses were heavenly. Highly recommend. We will return.

My family and I had a lovely weekend in this home! Much bigger than expected on the inside - well designed and clean. The location was quite central and getting around was easy and convenient. Neighborhood was quiet and parking was never an issue. Correspondence was prompt and easy. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad. One of my favorite locations ive stayed in. Beautiful scenery! Beautiful home, comfortable bed! I'd love to live there! Only complain is the entrance to parking, if you have a low car, the bottom will scrape horrible if you dont hug the wall. and if youre staying downstairs, youll hear upstairs foot steps, but that was only 1 morning. besides those 2 complaints, its a excellent Beautiful home!

Amy met me to give me the keys and walked me through the condo to explain everything. It was a very personal approach. She also reached out to me the first morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was spotless and very high end. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend Amy's place to anyone looking for a base to enjoy San Francisco. I intend to stay again the next time I need a place in San Francisco for a few days.

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.
