Excellent stay!!! Perfectly located apartment… right in the center and 1 block from the beach. Super equipped… 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms… the best!

Everything was perfect! We were going to stay 1 week and in the end we liked the place that we stayed 2 so much! The place is super relaxed and with a private patio for our dog.

The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, with good heating and with access and ocean views. Complex amenities make it enjoyable at all times of the year, 24h reception, maid service, elevator and carport, heated pool... all excellent. The location is unbeatable, quiet and with private access to the sea. Undoubtedly a highly recommended place and the host, Luciano was very attentive, gave us advice and attention at all times. For a getaway or a good vacation, as a couple or as a family, it's ideal. We hope to be back soon.

Excellent 3-night stay by the sea We are a couple with 2 large dogs. We felt at home. It's beautiful to be resting and for everything to work perfectly, without having to worry about anything. The house is very nice, functional and equipped. Excellent security (mobile around the neighborhood at all times). We went with our pet and the perimeter fence gave us peace of mind. The wooded background should contribute cool in summer. I can't give an opinion on the pool: time did not accompany The mattress in perfect condition which ensured a good rest. I read some unfavorable comments regarding the hot water but in our case we had no inconveniences, going in May and with a cool climate (due to the pressure you do not have to open the shafts to the maximum and with that reaches and leftover for a long and pleasant shower) Internet connection is very good and stable Paragraph aside for César: always available, very kind and attentive to inquiries and everything that could arise (either with topics from his house or providing advice and advice about Costa Smeralda) Excellent experience for both the facilities and the host

Beautiful house and very comfortable to be with your family. The house has all the comforts to be several, that caught our attention, because everything was very spacious, it lacked absolutely nothing. The apartment has everything you need to stay, comfortable mattresses, clean sheets and towels, fully equipped kitchen, meters from the sea with private entrance to the beach, an incredible view where you can see the sunrise sitting in the chair, clean and tidy, garage next to the elevator. It is perfectly located, you can walk downtown and enjoy a walk in the forest. We went as a family and had a great time. Pablo is the best!! Thanks Pablo!! We'll be back!!

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent apartment. It exceeded my expectations. The view is amazing, everything is new and works perfectly. Two blocks from the beach, very well located. We will definitely be back! I recommend it without hesitation. Marcos answered all my questions prior to booking and was in contact at all times during the stay.

It was difficult to get to the accommodation, after 5 hours of travel the location did not match the apartment. The photos, being taken from a drone, were not recognized even by people from nearby hotels. The building name was not in the listing details, nor were nearby references. That was quite frustrating upon arrival. Otherwise it is comfortable, very well located, has beach service, and the heated pool was clean. The water in the showers never came out hot, but rather lukewarm, but the towel service and the staff were nice.

The apartment is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, the apartment has blackout blinds which helps a lot. About 2 blocks away there is a supermarket with everything you might need. You can literally hear the beach from the apartment, a very quiet area, away from the center. I highly recommend it for a quiet family vacation

We had an excellent stay, The apartment was spotless, just like the photos or better, very well equipped and in an unbeatable area. The indoor pool is heated and has security. We could not enjoy the rest of the amenities in the apartment because the location was incredible and we had beautiful days that always invited us to go out, so we will not hesitate to return to enjoy the experience that invites this residence. Both Eva and Carlos are always attentive to any need or help they can offer!

A great experience! I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 3 nights and I can definitely say that it was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to San Bernardo. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb page: spacious, bright, impeccably clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect: a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. Adriana is an excellent host, the place is excellently located literally 20 meters from the sea, 50 meters from the pedestrian and about the restaurant area, the truth is I will rent it again.

The dpto is fine in the center of the town, it was easy to get to. Martin greeted us quickly, very attentive to our arrival. The building was very quiet. The depto was equipped with everything needed, exceeded our expectations. Super tidy and clean, the water pressure is excellent and the double bed is very comfortable. It has a TV in the living room (if they have chrome cast I recommend to wear), WIFI. The atmosphere was cool. Checkout is done with Martín's mother, super friendly and hospitable. The dpto is located almost on the corner of the pedestrian Chiozza so at night there used to be a lot of noise heard until early morning. It was a spotless stay, we are very grateful for the attention of Martin and his mother!!
