Il posto è esattamente come descritto se non meglio, lo stesso vale per gli host. La permanenza è stata piacevolissima. A 10 minuti d’auto da Gubbio, l’ageiturismo è un posto vivo ma molto tranquillo. Ottima cura degli interni ma anche di tutto l’esterno.

I can say enough about his beautiful Airbnb. My husband and I stayed for four nights, and Alistair and Maria were the most gracious hosts. From start to finish we felt welcomed and cared for, and the cottage itself - not to mention the grounds - was simply gorgeous. Nestled in the little town of Macciano, the cottage has great proximity to so many beautiful towns, attractions, and restaurants. We took multiple little day trips and were able to cover a lot of ground, and still be home in time for a dip in the pool and a glass of Prosecco with our charming hosts. Maria even offered to cook with me one night, and I had the opportunity to learn about the local fare, all lovingly made from scratch by Maria. This is a very, very special place filled with beauty and tranquility. We can't wait to go back!!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Fabrizia’s home the month of May. We enjoyed attending all of the festivities as there was something every week. The home and location is fabulous. Appartamento bello, pulito e ristrutturato nei minimi dettagli. Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla piazza principale. Fasi di check-in e check-out molto comode soprattutto per la gentilezza di Chiara e Aurelia, sempre tempestive nelle risposte. Ci siamo trovati molto bene quindi ci torneremo sicuramente quanto visiteremo i nostri parenti a Città di Castello.

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend a casa di Walter e Alessio in occasione della Spartan di Gubbio. Eravamo in dieci e la casa ha superato le aspettative: ampi spazi, grande cura nei dettagli e ambienti davvero accoglienti. L’accoglienza è stata calda e genuina: al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un ciambellone fatto in casa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la mattina seguente. Walter e Alessio si sono dimostrati disponibili e presenti. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per ricaricare le energie dopo una giornata intensa. Piscina e parcheggio a uso esclusivo sono stati un grande plus. Un soggiorno che consigliamo assolutamente e che speriamo di ripetere presto!

The host went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure every detail of our stay was just right. The house itself is immaculate — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with charming touches that reflect the Tuscan countryside. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, from the cozy linens to the spacious layout that gave us plenty of room to relax and unwind. Every corner of the home felt intentional and inviting. We especially loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings. It truly felt like a retreat. If you’re looking for an authentic, relaxing, and comfortable escape in Tuscany with a host who truly cares, Podere le Corticelle is the place. We can’t wait to return.

Wij hebben absoluut genoten van ons verblijf! De weg ernaartoe is inderdaad een uitdaging, zoals correct aangegeven in de advertentie. Wij hebben geen 4x4, wel een hogere auto, en namen de langere route naar de woning. Dat kostte ons wat extra tijd bij elke verplaatsing, maar dat hadden we er voor over. De rust en het uitzicht zijn namelijk onbetaalbaar. Het huisje is voldoende goed uitgerust, wij hebben niks gemist. Ook was er geweldige service inbegrepen: middenin ons verblijf werd de woning voor ons gepoetst en kregen we verse lakens en handdoeken. Ook wordt het zwembad 2 keer per week schoongemaakt en bijgevuld. Voor elke vraag was manager Matteo vlot bereikbaar. Wat ons betreft, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
