Monthly Rentals in San Antonio

I had a great stay here, luckily Adrianna was available to host me for a week longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances but it was able to happen without a hitch. The neighborhood has some loud dogs but overall I felt safe.

I had a great experience staying at this studio apartment in San Antonio! The neighborhood was safe, and I always felt comfortable during my stay. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything I needed, making it a perfect home base. I had the convenience of having a parking spot and reliable internet. The location was good —just a short drive to the highway and within walking distance (around 15 minutes) to The Pearl, a must-visit spot in the city. There’s also a restaurant right around the corner, and both a gym and a coffee shop are just steps away, adding to the overall convenience. The neighbors were friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in San Antonio!

What a wonderful stay! Kenneth greeted us to give us a short tour - pleasant and friendly, but not intrusive. We enjoyed talking with him. The apartment was clean and lovely - not cluttered with enough decor to feel homey. We were in town for an event and did not cook like we usually would, but the kitchen was clean and was very well stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable with soft quality sheets. The shower had no water pressure issues and was stocked with quality products, including name brand TP. The patio was lovely and we saw deer feeding on the foliage in the yard. Nice area, easy access yet quiet. Kenneth surprised us and printed out downtown info for us after we talked about our plans - he went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again. My stay with Michelle was very comfortable and secure. Her guest house was truly amazing to stay at and Michelle’s an amazing host. She’s very tentative and makes sure you don’t go without. The area is also very safe and I had zero issues while staying there. Overall my stay was amazing and if I ever got a second chance to stay at Michelle’s guest house I would.
