Perfect location. Flushable plumbing. Very nice accommodations. Everything I needed. Felt safe.

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need to have an amazing time, very clean. I liked the location. The only thing is that the pool is freezing, it's not used to the fullest, but there is a jacuzzi that helped balance it out because there were almost no people. When all the apartments are occupied, I hope they put heating in the pool to take advantage of it.

Excellent service during my stay. Always very kind, attentive and ready to answer any questions or needs. Excellent property conditions, all first-class services and amenities. Too bad there's no air conditioning, but it's the management's rules, not the host's. For my part, I'm super satisfied and of course I would definitely consider it again!!

The house is much better than in the photos, the hospitality is incredible and the service even more so, every corner of the house is perfect and it is very large and comfortable, the pool is really nice, I recommend it 100%, I would always come back!

Well furnished. Great location. Extremely comfortable & roomy . Loved the patio breeze & sunshine filtered through the shades . Peaceful & tranquil atmosphere. Enjoyed the homey touches throughout. Although I didn’t need to contact host I felt she was available by comments sent . We enjoyed the popcorn & chips she left for us to snack on . Would definitely recommend & return

The apartment is spacious, well situated, and beautifully decorated. The artwork is representative of Ajijic's artistic community, and the furnishings are comfortable and attractive. We enjoyed cool breezes and the sounds of birds singing. I needed an early check-in and this was accomplished with ease. A personal greeting and tour of the house made me feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels fresh, and the bathrooms were beautiful with excellent plumbing and walk-in showers. The location, half a block from the malecon, could not have been any better. We walked safely day and night to restaurants, shops, and the plaza principal. This place is beautiful and the hosts are kind and hospitable. I hope it is available for my next trip to Ajiiic.

An excellent place to spend a family weekend, very quiet , relaxed , easily accessible & very comfortable.

GREAT location just 4 blocks from the plaza. Need some instructions on how to get the water working. Hosts were very responsive and came to help us out when we had issues with the water and when I couldn't figure out how to unlock the front door. both were easy fixes. thank you for a great stay!

Ana has a beautiful home which has been accessible for my wheelchair based father and elderly mother, with all flat entrances and accessible showers and no stairs which can be a rarity in Mexico especially Ajijic. This is the third occasion my parents have stayed with her due to their comfort with the space. It is well decorated, modern and comfortable. Ana was proactive in providing entry instructions making it easy for my folks with their early AM arrival. We had a few miscommunications due to myself personally not having the airbnb app installed during the stay and some linguistic overlaps, but she resolved any of our concerns promptly and was very reasonable with any solutions or accommodations. It is on the pricier side for Ajijic, but offered unique value for our situation and needs. It is not a central location to downtown but peaceful, welcoming and comfortable especially if you spend more time at the Airbnb. Bring your own streaming logins for movies etc Recommend overall

Annie’s place was immaculate in every aspect imaginable. House was extremely warm and welcoming and let’s not to boast about the cleanliness of the home. Rented a few homes in the area this one was by far the most prestigious. My family and I felt the house was suitable for our large group of 7. Annie was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back again soon!

This is the second time my wife and I stayed here. Hector is a wonderful host and very responsive. House was clean and close to several areas of Ajijic.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfect for our group of six, offering plenty of space and comfort. The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden and pool – it was so peaceful and well-maintained. The gardener came every two days to keep everything in top shape, and the pool was always spotless, which we appreciated! The location was also fantastic, close to everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be renting again in the future. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Claudia's house, she and her husband were great hosts. We received the house in impeccable condition, everything was very clean, I have no complaints about anything. They also allowed us to bring our 5 dogs and they were the happiest. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

We had a relaxing few days. The apartment is spacious and well located. Lourdes was always attentive to my questions.

A very nice place, with everything you need to cook (grill, oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender). If you want to eat out, there are restaurants nearby (by car). If you need simple things, there is a Guadalajara pharmacy. Very clean and well-kept common areas. A quiet place to go for a walk and enjoy its green areas, courts, pool.

If you are looking for a nice and cozy living space, this is it. Beautiful landscaping in this peaceful gated community. with a great pool and within walking distance to many restaurants, a Plaza and a lake walkway. (malecon). I hope to return soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jesus's condo. He was a very gracious host who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make us comfortable for our extended stay. We look forward to returning again in the future. I cant say enough about Jesus and would highly recommend Jesus and his property to others.
