Monthly Rentals in San Antonio River

We walked in and felt at home! Very comfortable, clean and homey. Everything we needed was provided and easily found. The combo of the ac and overhead fans kept us comfortable. Everything was as described. Quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t ask for more.

Megans place s a redone studio in an old boarding house. The good: New pergo floors, kitchen, bathroom, everything. All functional and clean. The HVAC works great keeping everything cool when San Antonio is 100F. The not so good: The floor isn't totally level and the walls and ceiling aren't re-insulated so you hear your neighbors talking, but I didn't mind. Overall: The location is close to a HEB grocery store and close to Lakland Air Force base. For the price, it's a great value. I would totally stay there again and probably will next time I'm in San Antonio.

This place is amazing! So charming! So clean! Such an awesome location! And the most welcoming and responsive host, ever! It matched the description perfectly and exceeded it! I will try to stay here every time I am in San Antonio. Absolutely superlative!!!

Stayed here for the Final Four and it was perfect! It was clean and only a short drive to the Alamodome and Riverwalk. We definitely want to stay here next time we come to San Antonio!
