Muzzen Muzzef (inspired by the phrase in Arabic, 'The Finest Kind') was designed by our parents after their trip to Morocco in the 70s. Its arches, domes and stained glass details are some of the enchanting architectural features that they so admired and wanted to bring home with them. This unique property meets the shores of Lake Atitlán, which is one of the most wonderful lakes in the world. Its cobalt blue waters and three surrounding volcanoes make witnessing it a breathtaking experience.

A spacious great room is framed by large windows, offering views of the surrounding landscape. Wooden beams adorn the ceiling, while a central wood-burning fireplace adds a rustic touch. Comfortable seating is arranged around a coffee table, with additional furnishings visible in the dining area.

One of a very few properties located on the lake in the Panajachel area with direct access to one of the most picturesque beaches on the lake. Located on the outskirts of Panajachel, outside the hussle and bustle, you can walk to the center of town in 10 to 15 minutes, or go by tuk tuk or car in five minutes.

El terreno está rodeado de áreas verdes y queda muy cerca de varios pueblos. A la casa puede llegar en carro y desde ahí se puede ir en lancha a todos los pueblos que se encuentran en la orilla del lago.
