This place was just as described! This place was so peaceful and calm, it was perfect to get away from the busy towns nearby. The only slight inconvenience was having to find a tuktuk to get to the nearby towns as they were not walking distance. We had to start walking until a tuktuk became available. Overall I would totally recommend this place!

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I’ve traveled to a lot of Airbnb’s in many different countries and none compare to this. Finding this place is surely an adventure but once you are there, you don’t want to leave! I can’t say enough good things about the chefs that will cook you every meal. We had them do all the shopping for our meals along with other items we wanted such as water and beer. The housekeeper services that help coordinate private boat rides to other villages, keeping the place clean, or even small things such as turning on the hot tub while we are away are truly incredible perks of this place. The property and views are just amazing and I can’t wait to come back here for my next stay!

Great place to stay for a decent price! Taxis come by every now and then so you might have to wait awhile. House was just as beautiful as the pictures.

The house is gorgeous and clean, Maria and Rudy are very kind and helpful and there are dogs and a cat that come visit who are very sweet and playful.

The best waterfront accommodation experience available in Lake Atitlán. The design and furnishings of the house are exquisite. We were attended by very friendly and helpful staff at the place. Ana Regina was always attentive to us.

A well-equipped, clean apartment just one block from the main square and a 5-10 minute walk to the main beach. Communication with the host was easy the entire time. San Lucas doesn't have much tourism, but that's what makes the experience more valuable. My family stayed for a week and enjoyed the rooftop with amazing volcano views.

The house is amazing the best part is the terrace. A pizza a bottle of wine and enjoy a great view of lake atitlan. The concierge and the owners were so responsive and proactive. So polite and always providing a great communication. We had some issues with the toilet and shower and they found the best ways to fix it and make our stay unique. Thanks!!! That terrace is amazing!

Amazing place, spectacular view

Great place for a weekend away with my daughter. It’s about a 5 min walk to the lake where you can catch a boat to the other cities. We walked to the main part of town, which was about a 15-20 min walk and took a tuk-tuk on the way back, which we preferred. The place was clean and cozy and perfect for two. The host was very responsive when I had questions and let us leave luggage behind the LOCKED gate so we could go around town after check out without lugging it with us. I would stay here again. Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

It's an exciting place. I had the opportunity to see the rain on the volcanoes and the lake in front of me. It's an experience that matches any attraction in the world. I recommend it 100%

location is perfect. We are into night life entertainment. We enjoyed visiting Pana Rock and Circus Bar pretty much every night for their great Live music performed by local artists. Walking distance to Lake where you can catch a boat ride to any surrounding town on the lake. Many restaurant options from early in the day to late at night, something the smaller surrounding towns don't have. Sarah and Reyna were very helpful and provided extra towels during our stay. We forgot our car keys after we checked out, and they were available for us to retrieve our keys as soon as we could make it back.

Sarah’s place was in an amazing location in Pana! A short walk away to literally everything, the best grocery store, shops, cafes, restaurants, and the docks. Her place feels extremely safe with a locking main entrance door to the complex after the cafe below closes at night. We felt so lucky to have this modern, clean, and comfy studio space in a modern and well-maintained complex to return to after so many adventures out exploring this incredible area. We worked remotely from here and the WiFi was very reliable other than when the entire town lost power for 4 hours during a storm. It was fun to watch the world go by from the window seats…we caught a few parades from there! We were so grateful to have air conditioning here as we visited when it was quite warm. There were a few nights where you felt like the live band nearby was literally inside the complex, but we were warned in advance and it was only on weekends. All in all, great place to stay in Pana!

This location has the most breath taking views of the lake and 🌋.... I got engaged at this location and the ambiance was perfect for the occasion...💕
