Monthly Rentals in San Antonio

Pros: Perfect space for large families. The children had plenty to enjoy within the space and we had everything we needed to fill at home. Ruth was very responsive to all questions and concerns! She and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. The community is friendly & walkable to small tiendas. The house is located in a private community of luxurious houses and a large park. The major store is about a 34 minute walk or you can take a tut tut (moto cab). For the adventurous at heart they are plenty of independently operated buses/cabs. Cons: The small nearby stores close early and only accept cash. Ubers would cancel frequently. Renting a car would be conducive for large families. It is about a 1 hour 15 minute ride to Lima depending on traffic. (However it’s about 35 min drive to Ate and 15-20 min drive to Chosica downtown which was really cute town.) It took us a while to get there but we enjoyed the stay, it is a cozy place surrounded by nature, it made us disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. The kitchen has everything you need (toaster, blender, microwave, etc.). The room is comfortable.

I was staying here for three month and had a great time. The area is busy with a market hall directly in front, but when you enter to the garden it’s really peaceful, secure and beautiful. There are supermarkets and fitness studios around. Jessica helps you with everything and is an amazing person, thank you! Sometimes she is in Lima, but always reachable on the phone.
