Smoking friendly vacation rentals in San Antonio de Pichincha

I recently made a last minute booking to Quito for a family matter, and I could not believe how lucky I got with this apartment! The apartment was amazing in every way, and is located in a very nice and safe area of Quito. I would recommend this flat to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the city. In addition to this, Heddy was an amazing host, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. For example, one evening there was a small issue with the digital lock, and within 30 minutes of messaging her she came to the apartment and fixed the lock for me. She was a very nice and helpful person :) I would give this stay a 10/10, and will 100% be returning when I come back to Quito. Thanks Heddy :)

The place is super cute, and comfortable, it has Everything, it's super close to thousands of things... cafes, restaurants, malls, gas stations... The space is super well-equipped and Camila is always available, and is super flexible and friendly... We'll definitely be back 🫶🏻

Just like the photos, he was attentive to us and helped us with some requests: to enter earlier, and to be able to leave the suitcases at the reception to be able to pick them up after an event.

Fantastic apartment in a high floor with nice views, fully equipped even for long stays, safe and quiet area with shops and restaurants around, I would definitely stay there again, thank you!

Andres's place was so comfortable and cute! it has an amazing view and nice bathroom with all the amenities you might need for a quick stay. They communicated quickly and efficiently for us. highly recommend!

It's a spectacular house, full of nice touches. George is a fantastic host. The entire house is impeccable and very spacious. The people who take care of you are very good and kind, we will definitely be back. We are 8 adults and 1 child of 2 years, we were very comfortable in the house. Xavier

Alexandra was extremely friendly and always easily accessible. She responded every time in less than an hour and was always very helpful. The house is in a very safe location. Within the conjuntos you can move freely, there is a soccer and playground, which we especially enjoyed with the children. The view of the mountains and the night lights are breathtaking. The house is comfortably furnished, we are happy to come home. The bus stop is directly in front of the conjunto. We would come back!

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

William's house is just as in the photos and the description, everything was very good, the instructions for arrival were clear and the communication excellent, the house clean and tidy, the rooms with comfortable beds, the kitchen equipped with everything you need (maybe a microwave is necessary), the pool very good with hot water. Overall everything was perfect during our stay, thank you for everything

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It is spacious and comes with everything you need for an extended stay. It is very conveniently located, close to shops, public transportation stops, in a good area of Quito. The only thing I found uncomfortable was the electric shower, which does not work consistently. It is necessary to constantly adjust the water flow to prevent it from becoming boiling water or, on the contrary, water that is too cold. Also, I would personally be more comfortable if the bedroom had thicker, darker curtains.

The place is cozy, the suite is on a high floor. My favorite thing is the large parking lot. It does not have a fully equipped kitchen but it has an electric heater that served us very well to prepare food, it has a small refrigerator, dishes and pots. The bathroom with hot water. And it also has a small shelf with snacks that you can eat and leave the money there, I think it's ingenious. The surroundings are quiet, shops and bakery are around the corner. There's even a church nearby. The suite is totally private. I'd stay again.

Myri's apartment was perfect for my stay in Quito. Close to local sights and transportation. The building is secure, quiet and has lovely architecture. Myri's dad met me at the property on check in, gave me a tour and made me feel welcome. Myri was friendly and responsive throughout my stay. The apartment has a lot of space, a nice, well stocked kitchen, and a great top floor for relaxing and enjoying the view. The area is quiet and the bed I slept on was comfortable. Keep in mind that there is no elevator and a lot of steps to get to the apartment. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
