You'll also find pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and movie theaters nearby. The new metro stop is very close; in 8 minutes you can get to the Historic Center. Perfecto departamento para tres personas en el centro de Quito. Esta muy bien conectado con el sistema de transporte público, a tres cuadras de la estación del metro. El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades para largas y cortas estancias. Se encuentra en el tercer piso un edificio muy seguro estilo neoclásico y que además cuenta con hermosas vistas de Quito. Es totalmente independiente. No contamos con ascensor, si tiene problemas subiendo gradas, no es conveniente, no garage.
