As our first trip to cuba we could not have picked a better place to spend the first night. We, plus all our luggage, we are travelling by bicycle, were collected at the airport door. A warm and informative welcome. Malvis and her family could not have been more welcoming and helpful. A great breakfast to send us on our way too. Normally i prefer hotels instead of Airbnb accommodations, however due to the purpose of our trip hotel would have been too far out of our reach in terms of locations. After, extensive research on Airbnb and days in between of thinking things through i was able to conclude a decision, a decision that brought me great satisfaction. Everything was precisely as describe on the website. The apartment was in a peaceful neighborhood, the interior was tasteful, with all of the modern amenities, the elevator was a plus very convenient, the wireless internet connection in the apartment remained on without disruption, providing a reliable high performance broad band service. Breakfast was quite the affair, with fresh mango juices, Cuban coffee, fresh toast, waffle pancakes, omelet with bacons all provided by Aileen mom. Alieen was extremely attentive, insightful, and understanding. Alieen mother is such a beautiful soul, she treated me like a daughter, i love her. I will stay there again.

An unforgettable experience with Patricia and her family! Patricia, her husband, her mom, and Gabriel, were incredibly kind and patient, both to me and my guests. They were always attentive to what we needed, making us feel at home. Gabriel even did us the great favor of taking us to our next accommodation, something we really appreciated. The house was spotless, the service was excellent and the treatment towards Diego —my son— was as if he were part of their own family. They had a lot of details with us. Patricia washed our clothes at the last minute, even though we forgot to ask for it in time, and not only that: my son washed his sneakers and she made sure they were dry for the next day, just before we left. In addition, he gave us many mangos and provided us with kitchen items such as sugar, salt and other details that make all the difference. She says she has no family abroad... but now she has family in Mexico!

Andres home felt my home away from home. From the coziness to the spaciousness of this home I would highly recommend staying here on your visit to Cuba. Not far at all from all the main attractions beautiful Cuba has to offer. I was greeted by host and was assisted with my bags. Andres also offer airport pickup as an option by amazing driver Charlie. My first visit to Cuba was truly enhanced by this experience and would definitely return back to this hidden gem.
