Jorge estuvo al pendiente de mi llegada por mensaje y me dio instrucciones muy claras para llegar bien. Ya en la casa su hermano Fernando fue quién nos atendió, super amable, atento y muy al pendiente de los mensajes que llegué a mandarle. También nos dio recomendaciones de en dónde comer y cómo difrutar nuestra estancia. Lo que fue fantástico es que las fotos correspondían a la casa, todo muy cuidado, y además cada cuarto contaba con Smart TV, ventilador de techo y enfriador de pie, así que en la casa no sufrimos de calor. Recomiendo ampliamente la estancia en Casa Roche.

Absolutely loved this house! Beautifully designed, open air roof top was great to hang out and spend time. All rooms are comfortable, with the house being spacious enough to host our family and friends trip. Located in a lovely neighbourhood, approximately 15 minutes walk from centro and other main areas. The detail in the art and design makes it a wonderful time, highly reccomend! Hosts were helpful and available for anything we needed during the stay, thank you!

Wir haben uns im Airbnb von Oliver sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gemütliche Betten, eine ausgestattet Küche und nette Dekoration aus handgemachter Kunst der Region! Kann die Unterkunft 100% empfehlen.

Lugar tranquilo a 25 min aprox del centro de Oaxaca, muy espacioso y con espacio necesario para mascotas.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. La casa es fenomenal, ofrece muchísima tranquilidad y, sobre todo, es el lugar perfecto para relajarse. Está completamente equipada, con todo lo necesario para no querer salir. La alberca es increíble , las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar. La atención de Adele fue fantástica desde antes de reservar, y Florencio siempre estuvo atento a cualquier detalle para asegurarse de que estuviéramos cómodos. Sin duda, en nuestra próxima visita volveríamos a reservar esta hermosa casa. 🤩

Excelente casa para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos. La casa está totalmente equipada para la cantidad de personas que alojamiento. La alberca es pequeña pero suficiente para refrescarse y convivir al rededor de ella. La casa es muy cómoda.

Un alojamiento que vale la pena por lo que pagas. La zona si bien no es muy cercana al centro ofrece rapidez en las avenidas principales. No es difícil llegar y la casa se encuentra en una zona segura. Tiene amenidades extras que a veces te hacen querer quedarte en la casa, excelente alojamiento.

What a lovey spot for our family to gather and have a home base as we explored Oaxaca. It was perfect for us and we loved our time there. Mariana was helpful in her recommendations and there was never a need to contact her during our stay as the home provided everything we needed. It was also so very nice to have Raquel to clean for us and Efrain to manage the pool and outdoor spaces. We highly recommend this spot for travel to Oaxaca.

I would happily stay here again! The location is quiet and short walking distance to all the restaurants in town. Oaxaca is an old rustic city & the house reflects the rustic aesthetic of the city. The house is a sleeper from the exterior. Once inside you see the biggest selling point of this house--4 separate spaces for guests to hang out. The kitchen is the central hub. The courtyard is green with vegetation and hummingbirds. The terrace overlooks the city and is amazing. Also on the 2nd floor is a sun deck and 2 person pool. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and 3 bathrooms are plenty. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and other large bedroom has bathroom just two steps away. The many gathering areas beat a hotel any day. Mari managed the property while we were there and you can arrange for in home prepared meals. Nothing short of AMAZING. Her mole equaled the Michelin star restaurants in town. We did tours with Zapotec Travel, which were great.

Lovely home with a nice courtyard and pool. Quiet neighborhood. Although not within walking distance to Centro Historico, there are buses nearby and cabs as well. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Absolutely gorgeous property! Very very private and we really enjoyed the hammock, outdoor kitchen, and the big beautiful tree. The wifi works great and we worked outdoors at the table most days and was very comfortable. The bed is huge and very good great bonus! The bathroom is very large but the actual shower is quite small which is kinda sad but the pressure is good and it was hot enough after you turn on the water heater and wait about 20 minutes. We locked ourself out of the house one night but Patricia immediately came and opened the door, she is very friendly and a great host, we recommend the place! Only note is that when you arrive all the cutlery and platewear/pots are in a big bin and you will need to dig it out and set up what you need, other than that very peaceful and relaxing stay!

Alejandro ha sido uno de los mejores anfitriones que he tenido! Fue muy amigable durante toda la estancia. La ubicación es perfecta porque está junto a Chedraui y tiene muchas cosas a menos de 5 minutos como paquetería, restaurantes, farmacias, etc El alojamiento está bien equipado y todo en perfecto estado. No tuve ningún problema con agua caliente. La señora de limpieza también fue bastante amigable

El lugar es muy agradable para pasar las tardes-noches y salir en cualquier momento, el acceso es muy rápido y tranquilo. No había ruido en las noches, solo en la mañana pero nada que incomode. Me gustó el doble baño y el espacio es muy amplio, no te sentirás encerrado. En las tardes en ocasiones hace mucho aire, pero nada de que preocuparse. En general se recomienda como casa para llegar a descansar

Pedro’s place is truly special. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind in the beauty of nature. Himself and his family are beautiful people, and his two dogs are so friendly and followed me everytime on my daily hikes through the beautiful mountains. I cannot recommend this highly place enough!

This cabin is nestled in the woods and very peaceful and serene. The cabin is clean and cozy and it met all our needs. Ezequiel is a very good host and he brought us a heater and extra blankets for the cool nights. The location is perfect as it is near lots of restaurants and hiking areas. We were able to hike in the La Cumbre area and in the Benito Juarez area. We were so happy to come “home” to this cozy cabin at the end of the day. I like how close this area is to Oaxaca but we felt like we were in another land of peace and quiet. I will be back some day to spend more time in this beautiful area.

The host was Very kind and responsive and it was a pleasure to stay here. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.
