Downtown Casa Sabina Skyview is in a quiet gated neighborhood, five blocks from the main pedestrian street of Alcalá. The house was fully remodeled in 2021. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fans, and two full bathrooms. The view of the city and Soledad Church from the private rooftop terrace is breathtaking, and if you look in the right direction you can see Monte Albán. It is located in one of the most representative and beautiful neighborhoods of the city within the historic center, the neighborhood of Xochimilco. The area is very quiet. You will find museums, churches, shops and restaurants of the most visited. There is also the traditional Sanchez Pascuas Market and “La Cosecha” organic market just one block from the house.

At Casa Huayapam you will live days of tranquility and rest, you will hear the birds singing at dawn, you will enjoy the sunsets at dusk and you will marvel at the incredible views of the mountains. Very close to the house, there are excellent restaurants you can walk to, as well as grocery stores and the little market. You can work comfortably remotely while enjoying the nature that surrounds us.
