Entrance through Bahía Sur. The apartment was recently maintained, and was decorated with quality furniture and ornaments. The building has washing machines and dryers that work with tokens that are purchased from the administration office. There is wireless Wi-Fi inside the apartment, plus another in the building's lobby.
