Karina was an excellent host. The place is very comfortable, nice and ideal for children. We loved the entertainment room, you or the children can watch movies comfortably, as well as play since it has some toys for them. Even read for a while, something that appeals to you from its small but interesting selection of books. Everything is VERY CLEAN, tidy and quiet in the apartment. We hardly heard any noise in the surrounding apartments. On the other hand, although it does not have an ocean view, it has a view of a forest next to the condominium that is very pleasant to look at. And Karina was VERY kind, courteous and with an excellent disposition. Highly recommended for families!

From the beginning, Carmen was always attentive to respond to any concerns. She greeted us to hand over the apartment and was there when we left. The apartment is impeccable. Everything is in perfect condition, it has protection on the balcony and the parking is in the underground so the vehicle is very protected. The place is ideal for a family with children the private beach has a super safe pool for them and the sand is ideal for them to play after bathing. The older ones can enjoy in the navigable lagoon with different activities. The place is completely recommended and complies with everything offered in the notice. We hope to be back sometime. Beautiful apartment and it's even much nicer than what you see in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy, it also had everything you need to cook which was essential in our stay, the condo is beautiful and has many activities to do inside, communication with the host was super good and all the instructions were clear so it was super easy for us to check in and check out, the walk down to the beach is about 10 minutes (the walk up is a bit difficult haha) and around the condo there is a small supermarket and small shops to buy things in case you forgot to bring something, in general our stay was super good.

I made the mistake of going with my dog sausage and pets were not accepted. I have always gone with her to Airbnb leases without a problem. Nicole escalated it to Airbnb, which she mediated in a great way and she had a very good attitude and willingness to resolve with additional charge. I am very grateful for the flexibility in this situation, in addition to being always available to give details of restaurants and others. I 100% recommend the place, the view is beautiful and the hostess is very close and friendly.
