We liked Luis and Iris's house a lot because of its location (just a 10-minute walk from Santo Domingo church and pedestrian zone). The house overlooks an inner courtyard and is nicely decorated and quite cool despite Oaxaca's warm weather. Thank you Luis and Iris for being very available to answer our questions and needs. Centrally located accommodation. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The stairs are just a little heavy since I have a knee disability. Bathroom requires maintenance. The only sink faucet had rust. The shower curtain needs to be washed. It had mold from moisture. And the shower had low water pressure

The accommodation is very good, I think it can be improved a little, the mattresses and sofa beds are a little old and could be reupholstered without having to buy new ones, in general everything is very good...

We loved the keypad entry for facility in entering and exiting. The king bed and linens were so comfortable and welcoming at night. The wifi was excellent. There are many lighting options - even in the huge walk-in closet. There was an unending supply of hot water. We loved sitting in the courtyard listening to the birds with our morning coffee. The bedroom, being furthest from the road was very quiet at night. Teresa was extremely responsive whenever we contacted her and provided us with water replacement and garbage removal when needed. We plan to visit Oaxaca again and would definitely stay at Suite Danielle.

the most perfect stay. it is such a beautiful little apartment. the hosts were super wonderful and helped us with a late check in and a taxi to the airport. I look forward to coming back!

the place is as described, well located, clean, Edith is u very attentive and attentive to what we needed and also made us excellent recommendations to know places in the City, it has a very nice garden and the stay is a cozy place, I would stay in this place again!

We loved staying at Rodrigo’s condo. It was clean, cozy and a wonderful spot extremely close to Centro. The bed was super comfortable, pillows were soooo amazing and sheets were nice linens. Amazing view of the city and cute patio. Also loved all the books about Oaxaca and the decor in the apartment. Rodrigo was also super helpful and he did our laundry in house with hang drying for a small fee, we really appreciated that. Thanks again for the awesome stay 🙌

This is the second time I have stayed at Mario's place, I have always liked it for how comfortable, central and clean it is, recommended!

It's a solid 5 stars mostly because of Roberto and his family. They helped us in so many ways, whether it is arranging drop-off or pick-up at the airport or helping us extensively when my friend got taken into the hospital. All the problems we had (like loss of internet), he was very quick to help. The house is very pretty and big, beds very confortable but also had a few problems (voltage drops, leaks that triggers the pump frequently, dogs barking at night, occasional smell in the bathroom) that might be a concern if you work remote but I imagine perfectly fine if you're on holidays. All in all, many thanks Roberto!

Casana is a beautiful space and makes a great home base for exploring Oaxaca. Mariana and her staff are very communicative and available. We loved having the pool and the beautiful natural fountain onsite. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) to spread out and enjoy our downtime here!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, we were in contact with Anahí all the time for recommendations and questions we had, definitely a good place to stay for a few days

The house is as shown in the photos, it is very comfortable, it has all the facilities for young children, it is located in a very quiet area, there is no noise to rest after busy days, it is close to supermarkets and dairies, it has a garage and a service patio. Communication with Lucy was immediate. We'll definitely be back.

This is a very unique and special place to stay in Oaxaca. The location is perfect for getting into Central Oaxaca. It was wonderful to have the alfresco living in March when it was warm and we could use the dip pool every day. It was great to hang out by the pool upstairs and look out at the lights of Oaxaca in the evening and watch the sunrise in the morning. Damien was very fast to respond when we needed a ride to the airport and in general, we would absolutely rent this place again when we return. We found that the kitchen and the upstairs area provided ample group gathering places for our family. We really appreciate the loving restoration of the house and the traditional architectural details.

It is a pleasant stay to spend time as a family, highly recommended. The host was on the lookout for anything we were offered.

Perfect location. We were able to walk into town to restaurants. Many little corner shops nearby. Large grocery store about 5 minute walk away. Area was very secure. Locked gate let you into a beautiful courtyard with multiple apartments. Each apartment had their own outdoor sitting area and then a communal area as well. The place was decorated for Day of the Dead and even an altar was set up in the communal area. Overall it was a great stay with no Airbnb issues.

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Good value for money. Neighborhood not the best, but safe and closed.

The place is cozy, the space is good for 4 people and Miriam was always attentive to everything.

Nice apartment with everything we needed. Newly renovated kitchen. Markets, shopping and restaurants are all nearby. It’s a little longer walk to the touristy areas in the north of town. This is a great place to stay if you want to be in a neighborhood rather than a big hotel. There was some normal street noise but we slept well.

Gaby and Gabo were great hosts. Super responsive and helpful. The apartment was great. Super clean! Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you
