Everything was as described. Close to malls and shopping made the girlfriend happy.

Fuss-free stay — Arvin shared helpful instructions without any unnecessary details. Check-in was a breeze and the unit was homey and ready when we arrived. It was perfect to have a good rest after a long travel day. The unit is incomparable on how every little detail is thoughtfully placed. We have drinking water, snacks and those were much appreciated if you do a late check in and all stores are already closed. Unit was squeaky clean and furniture placed are aesthetic and functional. We’ll definitely book this again for our next visit in Novaliches.

The location is great—very close to SM Fairview and other malls and restaurants, which makes everything super convenient. Just a heads up on parking: you’ll need to secure a slot through the admin office, otherwise you’ll end up parking in front of the Alfamart nearby. If that’s full too, try asking the guards inside the condo—they might know someone renting out their space (that worked for us). There was an issue with the internet during our stay, but the owner was upfront about it before the booking and even refunded a portion of the payment, which I really appreciated. Overall, it’s an okay place for a short stay—comfortable and decent for a quick city trip.
